The earth manifested the miraculous transformation of radiating light from the power of the tongue. From the mouth, the power of the tongue was extended, filling the entirety of this three-thousand great thousand world realm with the power of the tongue. Then, a smile appeared, indicating the foreshadowing of the Bhagavan's teaching of the Dharma. The manifestation of lotuses arising from all the rays of the tongue indicated that the Bodhisattvas who listen to this Dharma, like lotuses that are not stained, will certainly enter the flawless state of Bodhisattvas. In those lotuses, the manifestation of many bodies of the Tathagatas residing and teaching this Dharma endowed with the six perfections indicated that the Bodhisattvas who listen to this Dharma, like lotuses opening and blooming, will increase in wisdom, attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and then teach this Dharma endowed with the six perfections in all directions. Then, as the Bhagavan sat on the lion throne, he entered into the Samadhi of the Buddhas called "Lion's Play," and so forth, which indicated the miraculous transformation of the Samadhi called "Lion's Play." This miraculous transformation also manifested in two ways: making the outer world good and peaceful, and benefiting the sentient world. Among them, the miraculous transformation of making the outer world good and peaceful is manifested from "this three-thousand great thousand world realm shook in six ways" to "benefiting and bringing happiness to all sentient beings." The six kinds of shaking are: shaking, moving, leaping, flashing, roaring, and rustling. Each of these also has three degrees: intense, moderate, and slow. First, the slow shaking is called shaking. After that, the moderate shaking is called extreme shaking. After that, the shaking that is even more intense than that is called universal shaking. The rest are also applied in the same way. If the edge is high, then the center is low. If the center is high, then the center is low. If the center is high, then the edge is low.

When the shaking occurs in such six ways, the unevenness of the edges and the center is included within the six types of shaking and is not counted separately. Experiencing comfort in a slow and gentle manner, and benefiting and bringing happiness to all sentient beings, means that when the shaking occurs in such six ways, sentient beings do not become hateful and fearful, etc., but rather the mountains, earth, plants, etc., become light, soft, smooth, and pleasing, which is what is shown. Then, at that time, in just a moment, in this world of the three-thousand-great-thousand world system, all the beings in the hell realms, the birthplaces of animals, the world of Yama, the unfavorable conditions, the evil realms, the evil paths, and the places of falling, all of these ceased, etc., which shows the miraculous power of benefiting the world of sentient beings. The miraculous power of benefiting the world of sentient beings is that in this world of the three-thousand-great-thousand world system, the sentient beings in the three evil realms, and the sentient beings in the ten directions as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, who are in the three evil realms, etc., are liberated from the suffering of the evil realms and experience the bliss of the heavens, and in this three-thousand-great-thousand world system, the blind, deaf, and other uncomfortable beings are also liberated from those discomforts, and the actions of body, speech, and mind, and the non-virtuous livelihoods also become virtuous, and all sentient beings are equal in mind, like parents, siblings, etc., possessing the path of the ten virtuous actions, possessing pure conduct, being very clean, without the faults of wrongdoing, being free from all non-virtuous thoughts, and possessing the wisdom of virtue such as generosity. The term "unfavorable conditions" refers to the lack of opportunity and fortune to realize the holy Dharma and attain the stages of the noble ones. There are eight types of unfavorable conditions. What are the eight? They are: beings born in the hell realms, and born in the birthplaces of animals.
