I, the five aggregates included in the category of unwholesome and indeterminate are also unbound and unliberated, this is what is to be shown. Among them, wholesome is not possessing desire, hatred, and ignorance. Unwholesome is possessing desire, hatred, and ignorance. Indeterminate is not possessing desire, hatred, and ignorance, therefore it only becomes wholesome, and it is not manifested as determinable; not separated from desire, hatred, and ignorance, therefore it only becomes unwholesome, and it is not manifested as determinable, such as the five aggregates of craftsmanship and abiding in the four postures. Venerable Gambo, worldly form is unbound and unliberated, etc., this is to show that the five aggregates included in worldly and supramundane, and contaminated and uncontaminated are also unbound and unliberated. Among them, worldly are those who do not practice familiarization with the realization of the selflessness of persons and phenomena, and belong to the category of arising and ceasing in the three realms. Supramundane are those who practice familiarization with the realization of the selflessness of persons and phenomena, and do not arise, cease, and transmigrate in the three realms. Contaminated is associated with the afflictions of the three realms. Uncontaminated is not associated with the afflictions of the three realms. Venerable Gambo, why is that? Because of being formless, form is unbound and unliberated, etc., this is to show the reasoning that the five aggregates of wholesome and unwholesome, and determined and undetermined, and worldly and supramundane, and contaminated and uncontaminated are unbound and unliberated. The meaning of non-existence, remoteness, and non-arising is as before. Venerable Gambo, all dharmas are also unbound and unliberated, because of non-existence, they are unbound and unliberated. Because of remoteness, they are unbound and unliberated. Because of non-arising, they are unbound and unliberated, this is to summarize all dharmas of conditioned and unconditioned, and to show unbound and unliberated with reasoning. Venerable Gambo, the perfection of generosity is unbound and unliberated.

The earth and so on Are the six perfections and so on, the true limit, and up to the unconditioned, all white dharmas are unbound and unliberated, and are taught with the three kinds of reasoning. Instead of mentioning all the white dharmas all at once, they are divided into categories, and the three kinds of reasoning of emptiness, detachment, and non-arising are taught. This is because for some beings who are being tamed, it is easier to understand and generate faith if they are taught in this way. Venerable Gangpo, this is the Dharma gate of "unbound and unliberated" of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, that is, if one realizes that all dharmas are unbound and unliberated, one can obtain the door or cause of omniscience, hence it is called the Dharma gate. That is, from the perfection of generosity being unbound and unliberated, to the true limit being unbound and unliberated, to the unconditioned being unbound and unliberated, it is definitely established that all white dharmas are the Dharma gate of being unbound and unliberated. From abiding in that unbound and unliberated perfection of generosity, to Venerable Gangpo, thus the Bodhisattva Mahasattva should know that he has put on the great armor of being unbound and unliberated, it is explained that the Bodhisattva who has put on such great armor of being unbound and unliberated can practice the vast conduct of the Bodhisattva, such as ripening sentient beings, and the benefits of never being separated from the Buddhas and Bhagavat. Venerable Gangpo, thus the Bodhisattva Mahasattva is unbound and unliberated, and with the six perfections being unbound and unliberated, he holds emptiness, detachment, and non-arising, and understands all dharmas, etc., which is a summary explanation of the meaning of being unbound and unliberated. In short, in terms of ultimate truth, the Bodhisattva himself and all dharmas such as the six perfections are also unbound and unliberated because of emptiness, detachment, and non-arising, and he understands them, and also in terms of conventional truth

Therefore, (Bodhisattvas) are not attached or greedy, and it is not that they do not perform activities such as fully maturing sentient beings, nor is it that they cannot obtain benefits such as never being separated from the Buddhas and Bhagavat. Thus it is taught. In this way, the Bhagavan finished explaining the meaning of donning the great armor. After that, the venerable Subhuti raised the topic from the previously mentioned phrase "correctly entered the Mahayana," in order to inquire about the five meanings of the Mahayana. Then, the venerable Subhuti said to the Bhagavan, "Thus I beseech," etc. The five questions asked are: What is the Mahayana? By what measure is one considered to have correctly entered the Mahayana? From where does the Mahayana arise? Where will the Mahayana abide? What will the Mahayana produce? Thus he inquired. After he had thus beseeched, the Bhagavan said to the venerable Subhuti, "Thus I declare," etc. These are the five questions asked by Subhuti. In response to the question of what the Mahayana is, the Bhagavan divided the Mahayana into twenty-one aspects and explained them. Among them, the twenty-one Mahayanas are: the six perfections are the Mahayana, the eighteen emptinesses are the Mahayana, the samadhis are the Mahayana, the four mindfulnesses are the Mahayana, the right abidings are the Mahayana, the miraculous feet are the Mahayana, the five faculties are the Mahayana, the five powers are the Mahayana, the seven branches of enlightenment are the Mahayana, the noble eightfold path is the Mahayana, the eight liberations are the Mahayana, the ten knowledges are the Mahayana, the three faculties are the Mahayana, the three doors of liberation are the Mahayana, the six recollections are the Mahayana, the equipoises are the Mahayana, the ten powers are the Mahayana, the four fearlessnesses are the Mahayana, etc.
