NGA. The explanation of the qualities of being skilled in understanding intentions, as well as in understanding the subtle wisdom and conduct of the Tathagatas. Among them, by obtaining the samadhi called "Following the thoughts of all sentient beings," one can understand the movement of the minds of all sentient beings and various intentions, and thus become skilled in the methods of taming those sentient beings. By obtaining the samadhi of entering the realm of reality, one can understand the profound and subtle wisdom and vast conduct of the Tathagatas, and become skilled in this. This is the explanation. The term "having a mind without hatred towards all sentient beings" indicates that because one does not abandon the effort to protect all sentient beings, it demonstrates the power of great love and the power of great compassion to eliminate the suffering of all sentient beings. The term "having great patience" refers to the bodhisattvas who abide on the ten bhumis and have obtained the samadhi that possesses the special empowerment of all-knowing wisdom. Therefore, those who have obtained patience with the dharma of non-arising in the lower bhumis become extremely disciplined and vast. They can even realize the profound and subtle aspects of the wisdom realm of the Buddha Bhagavan, which are difficult to understand. Therefore, they are said to have great patience. Thus, it can be said that the knowledge of those bodhisattvas is only a hair's breadth away from omniscience. The term "skilled in the wisdom of realizing the equality of all dharmas" refers to the nature of the equality of all dharmas, which is suchness. It means being skilled in realizing those suchnesses with one's own self-aware wisdom, as well as in enabling others to realize them. The term "having profound dharma nature and being difficult to fathom" means that because those bodhisattvas have realized the profound dharma nature, their minds are also profound and difficult to fathom. The term "completely obtaining mastery over one's own mind" means that the minds of those bodhisattvas are completely pure, so they are not controlled by afflictions. The term "mastery over all dharmas Extremely

The term "attaining mastery" refers to those who, knowing that all conditioned and unconditioned dharmas are merely mind, do not cling to external objects, and possess the power to transform their own minds as they wish. The term "liberated from all obscurations of karma, afflictions, and views" means not being born in the three realms due to the influence of karma, afflictions, and views. The term "skilled in expounding the truth" refers to those who are skilled in expounding the twelve links of dependent origination for the sake of others' realization. The term "entering the inexhaustible arising of dependent origination" means that the principle of dependent origination refers to the profound dharma of no arising and no cessation. The very absence of arising and cessation is inexhaustible, and entering into it means realizing and comprehending it. The term "separated from all views, latent predispositions, and manifestations" means that views refer to the view of the aggregates as self, the view of extremes, wrong views, the view of holding views as supreme, and the view of holding moral discipline and asceticism as supreme. There are seven latent predispositions: latent predisposition of desire attachment, latent predisposition of anger, latent predisposition of existence attachment, latent predisposition of pride, latent predisposition of ignorance, latent predisposition of views, and latent predisposition of doubt. There are eight manifestations: manifestation of drowsiness, manifestation of sleep, manifestation of excitement, manifestation of doubt, manifestation of jealousy, manifestation of stinginess, manifestation of shamelessness, and manifestation of lack of embarrassment, which means being separated from these afflictions. The term "abandoning all bonds" means that there are nine bonds: attachment bond, anger bond, pride bond, ignorance bond, view bond, grasping bond, doubt bond, jealousy bond, and stinginess bond. These afflictions cause sentient beings to be reborn in the five realms of existence.
