It is said that because no thought arises towards all disturbing things, one should realize that the body and so on are completely pure. That "by" means that going is proceeding. Reversing is coming. Confusion is distraction. Not being lazy, laziness is due to distraction. "As seen" means when looking. These are approximate examples, not being distracted by walking, standing, sitting, and sleeping, this is the sign of mindfulness and awareness. "Subhuti, also" and so on, because not associating with lice and so on, being careful about not having lice and so on is cleanliness. Being without harm is being without disease. Not being afflicted by faults, this is the sign of clean clothes and so on. "Whoever" and so on, "superior" means especially superior, this is the sign of not producing worms. "Subhuti asked" and so on, having few things in mind is because of small desires and not being distracted. If the mind is deceitful, the method of concealing one's own faults is hypocrisy. Where, for the sake of deceiving others, one universally proclaims untrue qualities, that is deception. Being crooked itself is deceitful, that is because it is inclined for the sake of deceiving others, not having that is the sign of not being deceitful. "Furthermore" and so on, preventing the pursuit of gain and so on, this is to approximate by the qualities of practice, this is the sign of truly accepting the qualities of practice. Jealousy, that is, being jealous of others' qualities. Not being attached to stinginess, this indicates that the aspects not in accordance with the six perfections are close, this is the sign of not having stinginess and so on itself. "Profound Dharma" and so on, "truly" means truly combining. Combining with the nature of Dharma is universally going to all, this is the sign of having the nature of Dharma going. "Furthermore" and so on, "going again" means that is, "separately" means completely abandoning with certainty and extreme manner. "Thus" means abandoning the mind of enlightenment. "Thus also" means saying like this. Here...

The phrase "for the benefit of those who have refuge" means acknowledging hell for the sake of sentient beings, which is a sign of seeking hell. Furthermore, etc., what you have heard refers to explaining the Prajnaparamita and so on separately. What you grasp refers to completely abandoning the mind of enlightenment and the practice of the Paramitas. Speaking in various untrue forms, for a poet, his work is poetry. The phrase "the realm of non-retrogression, namely, nature" is a sign of not wanting to be led by others. Furthermore, etc. The phrase "here you" etc., causes one to hold onto the path of the Hearers etc., which means not being able to realize it and eventually exhausting it. This shows the other path of the demons, which is a sign of understanding what is called a demon. If, etc. From other aspects, it means being separated from that Mahayana by demons etc., that is, speaking of abandonment is the word of separation. Complete equality is unshakeable. This Dharma itself is the nature of Dharma, which is the practice of the Mahayana. His mind does not regress, which means not looking back. Not changing into something else means not valuing the Hinayana after not retrogressing. Those refer to the words of separation. Thus, it refers to what the Buddha praised, which is a sign of the Buddha rejoicing in the practice. Thus, there are twenty signs. The treatise says: The forbearance on the path of seeing and, the sixteen moments of wisdom, know that they are the characteristics of a non-retrogressing Bodhisattva. The reversal of perception of form etc., the steadfast mind from the lesser vehicle, the limbs of altered samadhi etc., are completely exhausted, and lightness of body and mind, and skillful means in the practice of desire, and constant pure conduct, and completely pure livelihood, and the absence of obstacles to the aggregates etc., and possessing retinues and powers etc., fighting miserliness etc., the places of connection and subsequent connection are separately prohibited, and the Dharma does not depend on even a particle, certainty in one's own ground, abiding in the three grounds, and giving up life for the sake of the Dharma, such as
