ཏོང་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བྱམས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས་སུ་སྦྱོར་བ་རྗེས་སུ་མི་གཏོང་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སེལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ནི་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཆོས་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ནི་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ་ཞེས་པའི་སྟོབས་ནི་མདོ་སྡེར་བཤད་པའོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྤྲིན་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་ལ་དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་འདི་ལྟར་སྟོང་ཕྲག་ བཅུའི་བར་གྱི་ཚད་ཙམ་གྱི་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་པདྨ་ཆེན་པོ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཕྲས་སོ་སོར་སྤྲས་པས་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་སྟེ་སྟོང་གསུམ་པ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བཅུའི་རྡུལ་ཕྲ་རབ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་པདྨ་ཆེན་པོས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་བ་དེ་དང་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྐུ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཞུགས་ཏེ། དེ་དེའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སོ་སོར་ཐོབ་ནས་པདྨ་དེ་ལ་བཞུགས་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་མཐོང་བར་གྱུར་ནས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ནས་འདུས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེ་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་ནས་ལྟ་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང་དེ་རྣམས་ཁོར་ཡུག་གི་པདྨ་རྣམས་ལ་འདུག་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེའི་ཚེ་ཡང་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན་ཏུ་གཡོ་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང༌། ངན་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐལ་པ་དང་བཅས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་འདུས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལྷ་དང་མིར་གྱུར་པ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་བརྗོད་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་གསུངས་པས་སེམས་བདེ་བ་སྐྱེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པའི་མཆོད་པ་དང༌། བསྙེན་བཀུར་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་ཞུགས་པ་དང༌། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་ཤེས་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང༌། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དེའི་ཡང་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཡན་ལག་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་རྣམ་པར་སྤྲོས་ནས། བགྲང་བ་ལས་ཤིན་ཏུ་འདས་པའི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་ཀླས་པའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་འཁོར་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རྣམས་སྣང་བར་བྱས་ནས་སྟེང་གི་བར་སྣང་ལ་འོད་ཟེར་ཆེན་པོའི་ཚོག

是为了舍弃。以大慈悲的力量，是为了不舍弃将一切有情安置于救护处。以大悲的力量，是为了消除一切有情的痛苦。以法性的力量，是为了现证如幻等法性。以一切如来加持的力量，是为了现前证得一切种智，经中所说的力即是如此。于法云地，现前证得名为菩萨以一切智智灌顶之等持，此后，将出现量如十千之珍宝大莲花，以具足一切种殊胜之珍宝花蕊各自庄严，直至充满三千大千世界百千俱胝微尘数之珍宝大莲花所围绕，与之相符之菩萨身恒时安住。彼彼各别获得等持，于莲花上安住，皆得现见，从十方世界所集之菩萨众，围绕瞻仰彼菩萨，彼等将安住于周围之莲花上。届时，一切世界亦将普遍震动，一切恶趣皆得清净，一切具足福分而行持者，菩萨聚集者们，为一切世界之天人宣说真实语，生起心之安乐，对一切圆满正等觉如来，进入不可思议之供养和恭敬，并且将了知一切如来之眷属坛城。并且，彼菩萨之一切身肢皆散发光明，照亮无数超越算计之十方无尽虚空界中如来之眷属坛城，于上方虚空中，出现大光明之聚。

It is for abandoning. By the power of great loving-kindness, it is for not abandoning placing all sentient beings in a place of refuge. By the power of great compassion, it is for eliminating the suffering of all sentient beings. By the power of the nature of reality, it is for directly realizing the nature of reality such as illusion. By the power of the blessings of all Tathagatas, it is for directly realizing the omniscient wisdom. The power spoken of in the sutras is like this. In the cloud of Dharma, the samadhi called "endowed with the empowerment of the wisdom of all Buddhas" is manifested. After that, a great lotus of jewels with a size of ten thousand will appear, adorned with various excellent jewel stamens, filling the three thousand great thousand worlds with hundreds of thousands of ten million dust-like jewels, surrounded by great lotuses of jewels. Bodhisattvas whose bodies are in accordance with this will always reside there. Each of them will attain their respective samadhis and will be seen dwelling on the lotus. Bodhisattvas gathered from the ten directions will surround and look at that Bodhisattva, and they will dwell on the surrounding lotuses. At that time, all the worlds will also universally shake, all the evil destinies will be purified, and all those who are fortunate and practice, the assembled Bodhisattvas, will speak the truth to the gods and humans of all the worlds, generating happiness in their minds, and will enter into inconceivable offerings and reverence to all the perfectly enlightened Buddhas, and will understand the mandala of the retinue of all the Tathagatas. Moreover, rays of light will emanate from all the limbs of that Bodhisattva's body, illuminating the mandalas of the retinue of the Tathagatas in the endless realms of space in the ten directions, which are beyond calculation, and a great mass of light will appear in the sky above.

于地之坛城中，极善进入供养及敬奉一切如来。乃至周遍十方无余之法界所摄之花等，伞及衣物与珍宝庄严等之物，以超越一切世间之种种庄严珍宝等之雨，一一如云降于如来之眷属坛城中。其后彼等没入如来之足下。复次，十方边际之无量世界中，无量之安住于第九地之菩萨众来至，以真实供养彼菩萨而观视，且入于十千三摩地。彼等如来之眉间毫相中，名为具一切智性之现观之光芒，以无量之光芒周匝围绕，彼等如来之种种化现，普于十方无边世界无量之界中显现，真实策励无量菩萨众而来至，触及彼菩萨之最胜身，而彼眷属之光芒则没入眷属菩萨众之顶中。此谓菩萨以大智慧现前灌顶。获得名为真实圆满佛土不可思议之解脱门。由自愿力之增长，以彼种种形相之身，于一刹那间，于十方无量世界之微尘数之世界中，降下如其所愿之善妙甘露之流之雨，熄灭众生从无始时来由无明所生之一切烦恼之炽燃。

In the mandala of the earth, one thoroughly engages in offering and honoring all the Tathagatas. As long as flowers and so forth, umbrellas, garments, and precious ornaments and so forth, which are included in the entirety of the ten directions' realms of phenomena, and rains of various arrangements of jewels and so forth, which have truly transcended all the lands of all the worlds, fall individually like clouds upon the mandala of the retinue of the Tathagatas. After that, those sink beneath the feet of those Tathagatas. Furthermore, in the boundless realms of the ten directions, countless Bodhisattvas abiding on the ninth ground come and, having truly made offerings to that Bodhisattva, look and enter into ten thousand samadhis. From the urna hair between the eyebrows of those Tathagatas, rays of light called "endowed with the manifest knowledge of omniscience," surrounded by countless rays of light, show the emanations of those Tathagatas, illuminating all the boundless realms of the ten directions, and truly encourage countless Bodhisattvas and come and touch that supreme body of the Bodhisattva, and the rays of light of that retinue sink into the crowns of the Bodhisattvas of the retinue. This is said to be the Bodhisattva being manifestly empowered by great wisdom. One obtains the gate of liberation called "inconceivable, truly perfect Buddha-field." By increasing the power of one's own aspiration, with bodies of various forms, in a single instant, in as many worlds as there are atoms in the countless realms of the ten directions, rains of streams of virtuous nectar fall as desired, extinguishing all the blazing dust of afflictions that have arisen from ignorance since beginningless time for sentient beings.

一切寂静之故，此地名为法云。彼于尔许之世界及安住兜率天者近取，乃至圆寂大涅槃之间，特住一切如来之事业。无量世界之微尘数，于一刹那化现尔许之多身，于一身各现尔许之手，尔许之头，于一一头各现尔许之舌。一一手持恒河沙数之花，以彼等花散于诸佛薄伽梵。如是香等，尔许之衣、伞、宝等庄严。彼等舌赞叹诸佛，心之刹那各于十方散布，从现证菩提之庄严乃至圆寂大涅槃之间加持庄严，尔许之面各于一方摇动无边无际之世界。以一毛发系缚须弥山等众多山，抛掷于无量之世界，然彼等有情不生怖畏。如是彼等无量三摩地增长，以神通而显现种种游舞。彼以一生系缚之净居天之天王亦复如是，欲安置有情于波罗蜜多之教授，如是精进。何以故？一刹那于十方获得超越算数之微尘数之三摩地，见尔许之佛，知彼等之加持，尔许之世界摇动，普皆显现，往尔许之刹土，成熟尔许之有情，住尔许之劫，及于前际。
English
Because everything is pacified, this place is called the Cloud of Dharma. He closely takes hold of those realms of the world and those dwelling in Tushita, and until the great complete Nirvana, he especially abides in the deeds of all the Tathagatas. As many as the infinitesimal particles of countless world realms, in one instant he emanates that many multiple bodies, and in each body he manifests that many hands, that many heads, and in each head that many tongues. Each hand holds flowers as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and with those flowers he scatters them upon the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-ones. Likewise, with incense and so forth, and with the arrangements of that many garments, umbrellas, jewels, and so forth. Those tongues utter praises of those Buddhas, and in each instant of mind, having spread to the ten directions, from the arrangement of manifest enlightenment until the great complete Nirvana, he blesses the arrangement, and with that many faces, in each direction, he shakes the boundless and limitless world realms. Binding many mountains, such as the great Mount Meru, with a single hair, he throws them into immeasurable world realms, yet those sentient beings do not feel fear. Thus, those countless samadhis increase, and with superknowledge, he manifestly displays various dances. He, the king of the Pure Abode gods, who is bound by one lifetime, also becomes the master in that very place, and desiring to place sentient beings in the instructions of the Paramitas, he thus exerts effort. Why? In one instant, in the ten directions, he obtains samadhis as numerous as the infinitesimal particles that transcend calculation, and that many Buddhas will be seen, and the blessings of those will be known, and that many world realms will be shaken, and all will be illuminated, and he will go to that many Buddha-fields, and he will fully ripen that many sentient beings, and he will abide for that many eons, and to the prior limit.
