Such as gods and the retinue of hearers and bodhisattvas, as far as all the limitless realms of the ten directions, they awaken them with the voice of emanation. That voice also shows various dharmas, or causes other emanations to act, or even causes the sound of teaching the dharma to arise in the sky. Therefore, by emanating various things such as lands, food, drinks, vehicles, clothes, and jewels for the benefit of sentient beings, they attend to and follow the Tathagatas of the ten directions with their magical powers. They listen to the Dharma from them and generate other roots of virtue, but they do not cling to them. Because of emptiness, there is no clinging to emptiness. With their divine eyes, they see the sentient beings of the realms of the ten directions, and with the direct perception of magical powers, they go there and, having attained mastery, teach them the Dharma. With their divine ears, they listen to and hold the Dharma from the Buddhas of the ten directions, and proclaim it to them. Knowing the various kinds of minds and knowing the conduct of sentient beings, they teach the Dharma to those who reveal it according to their thoughts. With various natures, they remember past lives and others, and remember the Tathagatas and the Dharma of past lives, and proclaim it to the sentient beings to be tamed. Having exhausted the nature of knowing defilements and the afflictions of others, and knowing as it is until all dharmas are empty of all dharmas, they teach the Dharma in accordance with sentient beings. Those who do not want to abide by their words are threatened and urged by means of cracking their heads, etc., and they are made to hold the holy words. With these direct perceptions, wherever they wish, for the benefit of sentient beings, I will take up the body. There is no attachment to pleasure and pain, and no defilement by anger. All of this direct perception will also arise universally in each individual being, the birth of animals.

The so-called "death of places, etc., does not exist" is the activity of remembering the Buddhas of the ten directions, etc. What are the limbs of enlightenment of a Bodhisattva? From the six perfections to the point where the Buddha's teachings are not mixed. If one practices these, because there is no attachment to the three wheels, one strives completely there in order to make oneself and others correctly realize. If these are the teachings of a Bodhisattva, then what are the teachings of a Buddha? Therefore, when the connections of the habits of these themselves are completely abandoned, and when one manifestly awakens to all dharmas, then one is not a Bodhisattva. This is the activity of establishing the limbs of enlightenment. Furthermore, if all dharmas are empty of their own nature in the ultimate sense, then even in the conventional sense, karma exists and the fruit of karma exists. Sentient beings have not realized the dharmas that are empty of their own nature, and because they have not realized them, they grasp at persons and dharmas, and thus manifestly perform actions. By acting badly, they cause themselves to fall into the three lower realms, and by acting well, they will be born as gods and humans. Some completely understand the selflessness of persons, and thus abandon the happy and unhappy realms and attain nirvana. Bodhisattvas understand the selflessness of both, and having perfected the accumulations of merit such as the perfections, they gradually realize the ten bhumis, and in a single instant, with the wisdom of perfect enlightenment, they manifestly awaken to all dharmas, and thus become Buddhas, the Bhagavat. This is the activity of establishing that the connection of karma and its fruit will not be in vain. Bodhisattvas with true knowledge do not attain nirvana, because the four truths are also without essence, so they do not fix on any dharma as true or untrue. Seeing that all dharmas are empty, they completely know suffering, abandon the origin, realize cessation, and cultivate the path. If there is no dharma that arises from a mind that clings to truth, then all dharmas are emptiness.

To teach the Dharma with skillful means of seeing its benefits is the activity of establishing the Four Noble Truths. Maitreya Bodhisattva asked: If all dharmas are of the nature of non-reality, then how should a Bodhisattva study from the aggregates to the Buddhadharma? If the reality of the characteristic of formations is the inexpressible realm, is it not completely destroyed? The Blessed One taught: If the inexpressible realm can be attained by the cause of wisdom, is it still the characteristic of conditioned phenomena? Maitreya Bodhisattva replied: No. Maitreya Bodhisattva also said: There are three natures, namely, the completely imputed nature, the dependent nature, and the perfectly established nature. In order, they are the nature of pervasive calculation, other-powered, and perfectly accomplished. Among them, such as the five aggregates of illusory persons, etc., which is truly existent in the ultimate truth, or non-existent, or neither, and clinging to permanence, etc., all of these are the completely imputed nature, which is the nature of false discrimination. The five aggregates, etc., like illusory persons, etc., in terms of conventional truth, arise depending on causes and conditions, which is the dependent nature. These abide in the nature of conventional truth, and are free from the completely imputed nature, which is the dependent nature. And these five aggregates, etc., like illusory persons, etc., in terms of their own nature, abide in the ultimate truth, and are constantly without self-nature, which is emptiness, selflessness, the true limit, the realm of Dharma, and the ultimate truth of the nature of Dharma. This is the perfectly established nature. Because it is constant. As the Lankavatara Sutra says: The completely imputed has no self-nature, the dependent is existent, at the extremes of addition and subtraction, discriminating thoughts will be destroyed. What is said here is that, as previously stated, the completely imputed imputes self-nature to things, and its addition
