Having attained the Samadhi without interruption, one will no longer fall into the lower realms, nor will one go to the happy realms. It is easy to understand until the remaining chapters are completed. Due to being dominated by wrong conceptions, it is said in the scriptures: 'The appropriateness of the object and its self-nature, the wisdom of all-knowing, the ultimate truth and the conventional truth, the union and the Three Jewels, the discrimination of the Sage with skillful means, the inverted and the path, the antidotes to unfavorable factors, the characteristics and meditation, the wrong conceptions of the speakers, all-knowingness has a basis, are considered to be sixteen.' Thus it is said, six and ten mean sixteen. Why is it sixteen? Because of those sixteen meanings such as the appropriateness of the object. In that case, how is it the basis of all-knowingness? The object and so on are their objects. Because of being related to the object, it is said that all-knowingness approaches the object, just as if the king's son commits a crime, it becomes the king's crime. Wrong conceptions are mostly considered to be harmed by the antidote. Among them, the first wrong conception is, then what is the object of all-knowingness, the unreal? If it is because the self-nature of the completely imputed of all dharmas is it, then it will become confused, like the Alaya consciousness. If the power of others, how does it not exist? The answer here is, whatever does not have self-nature does not exist, because dharmas do not have self-nature, so what arises from combination does not exist. Furthermore, the self-nature of all dharmas does not exist, this is the wrong conception of the appropriateness of the object. If all dharmas are unreal, then what does the first practitioner, skilled in means, use to practice giving and so on? The giver, the receiver, and the benefactor, definitely grasping their selflessness, is his skill in means. This is the wrong conception of definitely grasping their selflessness. In that case, what is the means of seeing the truth? He sees all dharmas with the eye of the noble ones.

Therefore, the entities of other-dependent nature are also unattainable. Is it the self-nature arising from fabrication? The completely imputed is also non-existent. What need is there to mention the self-nature of other completely imputed things? That is utterly non-existent. When engaging in practices such as generosity, one should correctly understand that the object of giving, the recipient, and the donor are each non-existent. If things and non-things are unattainable, how is it known that they are non-existent? It is existent in conventional truth, but not in ultimate truth. Here, all generosity and so forth are aspects of the path. Knowing all aspects is the non-attainment of things and non-things. To conceive of them as the nature of ultimate wisdom is to misconceive the wisdom of all-knowingness. What is conventional truth, and what is ultimate truth? Because of what are they one in suchness? However, clinging to the apparent aggregates, in order to answer them, relying on the truth of conventional truth, it is said to be non-things, and to those who cling to things, it is shown as things. But in ultimate truth, things and non-things are also unattainable. This is a misinterpretation of the two truths. Fabrication is practice. If all dharmas are emptiness, how should one practice? In the emptiness of all generosity and so forth, all three spheres are unattainable. This is a misinterpretation of fabrication. The so-called Buddha, if combined with the cause of action, all knowable things will become Buddhas. If combined with the cause of the agent, then the one with realization is the Buddha, then all those with minds will become Buddhas? The answer to this is, is the true meaning the so-called Buddha? Or is it the direct realization of the true Dharma? Or is it the complete and thorough discernment of the true meaning? Here, is it the direct enlightenment of all dharmas as they are? In all four directions, one should also grind in many ways, and one will surely achieve the Bodhi of words. The so-called true meaning, meaning is the knowable. The discernment related to it is the meaning of gathering. In what is the truth of
