is superior. Therefore, the exhaustion of what is called "the manifestation of the fully conceptualized" is the exhaustion of the cause of manifest attachment. The other-powered, which encompasses all obscurations and possesses all untrue pervasive conceptualizations, will be exhausted. Because the former ones cease by themselves and have no cause, they do not give rise to others. Therefore, the naturally luminous is also in the realm of phenomena called Bodhisattva. If it is stained by the stains of adventitious obscurations, and if it can exhaust those, then the extremely pure nature of that exhaustion will attain what has never been before. For example, just as the naturally extremely pure sky is stained by the stains of adventitious obscurations such as mist, dust, darkness, clouds, smoke, and so on. From the outside, it will be extremely purified by the nature of attainment, and that will be attained. When all delusions cease, the extremely pure nature of the wisdom of the dharmata of all dharmas, the nature of all-knowing, will also be attained by the Bodhisattva for the first time. That is its extremely pure nature. Because it is truly and reasonably so, the attained manifestation is established. That is the tenet. Therefore, in order to make that adventitious obscuration extremely pure, what the two elders are to say is, starting from Shariputra, they said "Shariputra said" and so on. Because it is born, it is birth, it is the nature of the other-powered. Also, what is that? Because there is no cause for not being born from later, it is one side of not being born. Or, for the unborn, will the dharma called "all-knowing," which was previously unborn, be born later? This is because it is the second case. Therefore, the first case is, for the unborn aspect of all-knowing, where would there be attainment? The second case is, the cause of all-knowing must be stated, true

This is the distinction between the two. The term "not timid" means unwilling to speak or express. When focusing on the mindstream of emptiness of all dharmas, all delusions will cease, and that is the arising of omniscience. Therefore, it should not be said that this is without cause. It should be thought that, for this, there is also no clinging to unreal pervasive thoughts. The term "Shariputra said" is said to negate the conceptual thought of speaking. In "for the unarisen dharma also," etc., the unarisen is established by valid cognition, therefore it is the very desire to be timid, because one is able to speak, so one can also speak. The term "why is one not able to be timid" is a subtle question. The term "said" means that Subhuti answered. In "the very nature of the unarisen," etc., "is" is an expletive. The term "timidity" is the object of expression in speech. Again, the term "timidity" is the wisdom of speaking truthfully. For omniscience, these three are also the very nature of the unarisen, and it should be thought that the very nature of dharma itself, all dharmas appear separately in it. Similarly, the term "appear separately" is to include and summarize. That is the definite arising from omniscience. The term "thus said," etc. Shariputra praised the merit of Subhuti at that time, thereby showing the occasion of the definite arising of the path. The term "should be established" means to count without hesitation. The term "who for whom" means from whose place the definite arising, as well as transcendence, non-wavering, non-decaying, and non-contradiction.

It is also because of going to the other shore, it is called Paramita. What is it, which is the one among the six Paramitas. To all vehicles, it is common to the three vehicles. Suppose this is the very nature of Prajnaparamita, then it is not the other. Because all dharmas abide, etc., it is easy to understand. Thus, for what reason, therefore, the timid one, is the mind timid. The weak one is doubt. The ignorant one is without discrimination. The changed one is turning away. The one who makes effort is the mind without discrimination. How does the venerable one make effort and not be separated? Shariputra asked knowing that making effort is discrimination, this is between those who abide in making effort. After that, saying such things, etc., Subhuti's words of well said come first, because it is widely reviewed, it is giving well said. However, etc., is the answer. That meaning, this is the desire, because desire is the nature, it is the answer. Speaking as true words, it is the incompatible true words of discriminating effort, that is, the true thing. His statement is vast and complete. Definite arising is also not to refute. The definite speaker is asking. He wants to show the reasoning, he asks himself, why does he say that. From where do you know that true word? Sentient beings are me, that is the metaphor here. Making effort is discrimination, that is the basis of the metaphor. One should reason with no self-nature, that is, one should examine the reason to be accomplished. In that selflessness, it is held by the nature of self and the nature of emptiness. Therefore, just as I have no self-nature, so making effort is also without attachment. That is the reason. The rest are the same.
