Because I am taught, therefore I am Bhagavan. Because it is desired to be spoken of as the very cause. What are those? They are the six, such as Isvara. According to the reason stated: Isvara and beauty, splendor and fame and wisdom, and diligence perfectly complete, these six are called possessed. Like what is said. Among them, Isvara is Bhagavan, not dependent on others. Perfection is because of abandoning obscurations along with predispositions. The body of Bhagavan is perfectly complete, because the body is adorned with unsurpassed marks and signs. Fame is perfectly complete because the sound is widely known in all directions and corners. That which is relied upon by many perfections is splendor, because Bhagavan relies on those perfections and the order of worldly and transworldly perfections. Wisdom is perfectly complete because with respect to all knowable things, in all aspects, there is pure, unattached, unobstructed wisdom. Diligence is perfectly complete because in all aspects, actions are performed continuously for the benefit of others. When saying "abiding," although the word "abiding" is in the present tense, because the word "ཏེ་" in the following is in the past tense, it becomes the past tense because of abiding. In the word "ལད་སྨེ་," "ལད་" is the present tense root in the front, and "སྨེ་" is the past tense root in the back, because the existing root is the main one, so it is used as the past tense meaning. Common abiding means abiding equally in body, speech, and mind. Otherwise, together with the Sangha of monks, with similar abiding, it will not become a common meaning. In particular, there are four abidings of the Buddha: abiding by conduct, abiding by sleep, abiding by samadhi, and abiding by inner correct concentration. Among them, all the activities of the body of the Buddhas are the first. All the activities of speech are the second. Natural abiding and the attention that manifests samadhi are the third.

Two is the third. (Buddha) with the Buddha's eye to look at sentient beings, and the gods to come near the mind, these two are also the fourth. Where does he dwell? It is said that the king's realm, the so-called royal palace, is the capital of Magadha, surrounded by palaces revered by many kings. Which direction is it? It is said that it is on Vulture Peak Mountain. Why is it shown in the royal palace? This sutra is to symbolize the abode of the great Dharma King. Why show Vulture Peak? It is to show that it is difficult for the listeners to understand these. The so-called great bhikkhu sangha, the great one is the great number and the great merit. The Arhat bhikkhu who has abandoned the afflictions is not included here, because it is feared that the holy Ananda will also be included. Therefore, the fully ordained bhikkhu is included here, and there are two kinds of them, one is the request, the other is the four karmas, and the fifth is the "come" and "not come". The so-called "come" is the Tathagata said, "Bhikkhu come! Practice Brahmacharya!". The so-called "not come" is that the Tathagata only intends, the hair and beard fall off by themselves, the body wears Dharma clothes, the senses are quiet, and has dignity. The so-called bhikkhu's sangha, the sangha is the gathering, how is it the sangha? Because it is inseparable, it is the sangha. Why? The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, The demons are all in the hundreds of thousands, Can not be separated, Therefore it is called the Sangha. The so-called "together" means together. Among them, the large number is the bhikkhu sangha of one thousand two hundred and fifty, less than half of the thirteen hundred. Here, the fifteen sentences such as "everything here" are to show the great merit, the Arhat is the Arhat because he has the enemy of subduing afflictions. Also, because there is no birth and no rebirth, it is called Arhat. Also, it is called offering because it offers the practice offering of offering the Tathagata with truth.
