In what is said between "is," bravery is fearlessness, diligence is joy, stability is well-established, boldness is the ability to speak, and diligence is accomplishment. Wherever the objects and so on are mentioned, knowing those objects and so on is knowing the objects and so on. Ultimate completion is the capability of body, speech, and mind. Becoming that is attainment. What is called "weapons and armor" refers to armor and so on. Becoming endowed with mindfulness is being without forgetfulness. Intelligence is realization. Great realization is knowledge. Fearlessness is skillfulness. This itself is the enemy, so it is the enemy, which is to obstruct. Transcending those is with the four immeasurables. This is the first skillful means. Subhuti, for example, from "like this" to "not falling," what is said, "walking" means going. "Not falling to the ground" means relying and abiding. "Not relying on what" means preventing abiding and relying. "Abiding" means staying. "Also not relying, not abiding" means preventing attainment. "Also" means not relying on abiding. "Not falling" is because there is no abiding, so "not falling" means there is no abiding. This is the method of not abiding by preventing reliance and abiding. Subhuti, for example, from "like this" to "not manifesting," what is said, "turning back" means placing it in the sky itself. "Not giving to fall" means not giving to return. With the force of shooting an arrow, not giving to fall for a long time. Similarly, this is the realization in the intermediate state before the Buddha's Dharma is fully matured, not manifesting by the power of mind and other minds. With the power of the way of transcending it, it is skillful means. After thus speaking, from "like this" to "not manifesting the true limit," what is said, "practicing" is with Shamatha (calm abiding). "Dwelling" is with Vipassana (insight). "Equally establishing in Samadhi" is with both. "I" means oneself. "Manifestly accomplishing" is speaking.

This is it. It is also samadhi, and it is also the gate of liberation, therefore it is the samadhi of the gate of liberation, because it is the gate of liberation. Generating the mind is the actualization of the mind. By this, this is doing asceticism. Thus, because it is not common to the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, it is by uncommon skillful means. Furthermore, what the Blessed One said from "What is called wise" to "will be obtained," sentient beings are "self" and "person." The faculties are different and so on. The powers are also five. The limbs of enlightenment are seven. The path is eightfold. Seeing sentient beings as sentient is attachment. In order for sentient beings to abandon it, after perfectly and completely awakening into Buddhahood, the sacred Dharma will be taught, that is, abiding in emptiness without attachment and so on, therefore it is without attachment. Because it possesses it, it is skillful in the means of non-attachment. Furthermore, what the Blessed One said from "What is called wise" to "will be obtained," the so-called thought of Dharma is the thought of all aggregates and so on. That is the object of focus. In order to abandon them and so on, as before. That is also the non-object of focus abiding in emptiness and so on. Possessing them is skillful in the means of non-object of focus. Furthermore, what the Blessed One said from "What is called wise" to "will be obtained," women and men, as well as form and sound, are the signs of thought. In order to abandon them, as before. Similarly, abiding in signlessness is signlessness. Possessing it is skillful in the means of signlessness. Furthermore, what the Blessed One said from "What is called wise" to "will be obtained," wanting the enjoyment of existence of gods and Indra and a Chakravartin is aspiration. Its root is the four inversions. In order for the inversions to arise and so on, as before. That is aspiration, possessing it is skillful in the means of non-aspiration. What the Blessed One said from "What is called wise" to "there is no opportunity,"

From skillful means such as non-apprehension, the realm of the three doors of liberation has been shown. The realm of distinctions such as non-manifest apprehension is complete. Now it is to be spoken of. The so-called "falling into non-manifest apprehension" refers to inferior bodhi. The so-called "three realms" refers to samsara itself. From "Subhuti, thus" to "for the sake of not harming," the bodhisattva who wishes to realize perfect enlightenment should ask the bodhisattva who has realized how to practice and become familiar with perfect enlightenment. If asked in this way, he should be taught to practice and become completely familiar with emptiness and so on, but do not manifest it directly. This should also be practiced with skillful means, with the mind of not abandoning all sentient beings and so on. Such a teaching is a sign of non-retrogression. Therefore, showing its signs here is skillful in the means of its signs. From Subhuti's question to "not being taken away," among those who practice for bodhi, although there are many, those who understand and answer in this way are few. These people are prophesied to be non-retrogressing and will not be taken away by gods, humans, and asuras and other worldly beings. Because they are rare, they are limited. This is unlimited skillful means. Therefore, thus From the middle of the ninth chapter to the first half of the twentieth chapter, the eleven chapters are the realization of all aspects. After that, the peak realization is to be spoken of. Therefore: Its signs and increase, Steadfastness and mind abiding, So-called seeing and meditating, On each path, Of the four kinds of thoughts, And the four antidotes, The uninterrupted samadhi, And the inverted practice, Is called the peak realization. These two verses and six letters have been briefly shown before. Among them, there are eight things: signs, increase, steadfastness, mind abiding, the path of seeing
