Remaining in me, abiding in the mind of enlightenment, with a mind of compassion as the leader, completely giving away all things. Similarly, guarding all the vows that have been correctly taken, similarly, not minding all harms, enduring suffering, and the patience of definitely thinking about the Dharma. Similarly, being eager to accomplish all the virtuous dharmas of body, speech, and mind actions, in order as they are, are the perfections of generosity, discipline, patience, and diligence. Similarly, subduing the actions of body, speech, and mind in every way, the mind abiding in every way, and whatever thoroughly distinguishes the Dharma in every way, those are the perfections of meditation and wisdom in order. Having generosity is like a great treasure, because it satisfies immeasurable beings with the enjoyment of wealth, and because it is inexhaustible. That is also what is said about those called misers, and so on. Having the perfection of discipline is like a source of jewels, because all the jewels of qualities arise from it. That is also what is said about those called immoral, and so on. The source of jewels is like a mountain where jewels arise, and so on. Having the perfection of patience is like the ocean, because it is not disturbed by all fearful occurrences. That is also what is said about those called anger, and so on. Having the perfection of diligence is like a vajra, because it is firm with its indestructible nature. That is also what is said about those called laziness, and so on. Having the perfection of meditation is like the king of mountains, because it is not moved by distraction. That is also what is said by those called a distracted mind, and so on. Having the perfection of wisdom is like the king of medicine, because it completely pacifies the disease of all obscurations. That is also what is said by those called wrong wisdom. Having the four immeasurables is like a great friend, because one does not abandon beings in all circumstances.

It is for the sake of abandoning (afflictions). The four immeasurables are love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, which are directed towards immeasurable sentient beings. In order, they are to generate samadhi with the thought of causing them to arise in happiness, eliminating suffering, abiding in happiness, and possessing the antidote to afflictions. Among them, it has been explained from "just generating a single virtuous thought" to "not being separated from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas." Here, "for all sentient beings" is for the benefit of all sentient beings. This should also be combined in the front and back. For the benefit of all sentient beings, this phrase should also be combined in the phrase "wanting to endure." Relying on sentient beings is for the sake of compassion for sentient beings. This should also be combined later. Among them, here, the immeasurables are indicated by three words, and the rest are its fruits. Having clairvoyance is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, because one can obtain its fruit as desired. Among them, it has been explained from "wanting not to be separated from the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas" to the three words "in addition." Here, "wanting to abide" means wanting to abide for a long time. With what and what, it refers to with clairvoyance. Having the object of gathering is like the sun, because it ripens the crops of those to be tamed. Among them, in order to show the object of gathering in order, it has been explained with four words such as "in addition." Gathering sentient beings is gathering because it correctly gathers sentient beings. Its object is the means, namely giving, kind speech, beneficial action, and acting in accordance with the Dharma. Among them, the main thing is kind speech, which is the exposition of the six perfections. "Wanting to make inexhaustible" means acting for the benefit of sentient beings. "Declaring" means acting in accordance with the Dharma. Having individual correct wisdom is like the beautiful song of a Gandharva, because it is declaring the Dharma that makes those to be tamed arise with intention. Among them, with words such as "in addition"

It is said by the three (wisdoms). Thus, knowing manifestly and without obstruction by the power of samadhi is knowing correctly. Knowing completely and correctly is knowing individually and correctly. Furthermore, there are four types based on the difference of objects: knowing each dharma correctly, knowing each meaning correctly, knowing each definitive word correctly, and knowing each eloquence correctly. Among these, dharma is the nomenclature of all dharmas. Meaning is the nature of those. Definitive word is the definitive word of those. Eloquence is the differentiation of those. All these dharmas are two, because they are included by dharma and dharmata. Among these, dharmata is established as emptiness, from inner emptiness and so on to the limit of reality, and is spoken of with words such as suchness. Here, wanting to learn is because of wanting unobstructed wisdom. This itself is the eloquence of this, knowing each correctly. Thus, and so on, shows the metaphor. Just as one should learn with various distinctions in this, so one should also learn in dharma, meaning, and definitive word, is the meaning of this. Suchness, the limit of reality, and the absence of characteristics, etc., here are knowing each dharma correctly. The nature of this is surpassing the eleven natures, that is, as follows: Surpassing the nature of the apprehended, surpassing the nature of the apprehender, surpassing the nature of things, etc., are knowing each meaning correctly. Suchness is always such, because it is immutable. Reality is suchness. Its limit is the peak, because there is no higher suchness than it, therefore it is called the limit of reality, etc., which is knowing each definitive word correctly. Those infinite dharmas are infinite, included by the four types of individual correct knowledge. The extensive should be understood from the Abhidharma teachings. That is just an example, spoken of with others, etc. This is also knowing each eloquence correctly, knowing and understanding with many subtle particles.
