This is abiding. Here, abiding by observing the body in the inner body, without discriminating with the thought associated with the body in a non-objective manner. Observing the body in the outer body is also the same. Observing the body in both the inner and outer body is also the same. In the inner and outer, and inner and outer feelings, mind, and dharmas, from observing feelings to observing dharmas, without discriminating, observing dharmas with diligence and mindfulness, possessing mindfulness, eliminating worldly desires and displeasure, although discriminating, not discriminating with discriminations associated with the Dharma. Among these, the inner body is the six internal sense bases, such as one's own eyes. The outer body is the external conditioned phenomena outside of one's own body. The inner and outer body is the remaining aggregates that have become one's own body and those that have arisen from the aggregates. The three aspects of feelings and so on are also the same. Because of the function of focusing on the three aspects of the body. Feelings are pleasure, pain, and neither pleasure nor pain. Dharmas are virtuous and non-virtuous phenomena arising from the mind. The so-called observing the body and so on is observing the nature of the body and so on. The so-called being associated with the body and so on is being associated with the perception of the body and so on. The so-called discrimination is discrimination. This body is one, and my body, permanent, impermanent, pleasure, suffering, and so on, without focusing on them, not seeing them accordingly, and not discriminating. This is diligence with reverence and constant attention. Observing and possessing mindfulness is being mindful. Constantly protecting with the nature of not forgetting, and being connected with non-distracted memory, is being mindful. Diligence, wisdom, and mindfulness, the benefit of these is said to be the elimination of worldly desires and displeasure. The so-called elimination is abandonment. Worldly phenomena, such as gain, fame, happiness, and praise, are greed and attachment. In not gaining, not being famous, suffering
