Being happy and unhappy about going to the places of householders and those with wives are also different desires. Obstacles caused by being disturbed by demons are also different desires. Holding onto things that are disguised like the Prajnaparamita is also a different desire. Manifesting desire for the Buddha's image and so on, which are transformed by demons, is also the work of demons, which is to describe the forty-six faults. In order to show the characteristics of all kinds of disturbances, it is said: What symbolizes, that is the definition. What is to be known is also knowledge, difference, and function are three kinds. Whatever is symbolized is also the nature. That is to say, wanting to be a symbol, the definition is the definition that establishes a certain function, there are three kinds, namely: knowledge, difference, and function. Whatever is the definition to be symbolized is established from it. That is also the nature, called the four definitions. Among them, taking the freedom of knowing everything as the main thing, in order to show the nature of the sixteen kinds of consciousness as the definition, it is said: The Tathagata appears, the nature of the world's imperishability, the behavior of sentient beings' minds, and its summary and review.

And, the aspect of inexhaustibility, attachment and so on, and vastness, becoming great and immeasurable, and the consciousness that cannot be shown, the mind that cannot be seen, and knowledge, knowable things such as movement, and other than that, those are known by suchness. The capable one realizes suchness, in what is called teaching others, the occasion of all-knowingness, is a summary of the characteristics of knowledge. Thus it is said. 'Knowing' should be connected to these words with the seventh case ending. 'The coming of the Thus-gone One' means knowing that the Thus-gone Ones are born from the Blessed Mother. 'The indestructible nature of the world' means knowing that the continuity of the worlds remains without decaying. 'The conduct of sentient beings' minds' means knowing the sphere of activity of the minds of all sentient beings. 'That which is gathered and looked back upon' means knowing the distracted and undistracted states of mind. 'The aspect of inexhaustibility' means knowing the aspect of the inexhaustible mind. 'Attachment and so on' means knowing the mind with attachment and the mind without attachment and so on. 'Vast' means the mind is vast. 'Becoming great' means the mind that has become great emptiness, that is, knowing the mind that has become great. 'Immeasurable' means knowing the immeasurable mind. 'Consciousness that cannot be shown' means knowing the eye consciousness that cannot be shown, that is, whatever cannot be shown in form, that is knowing the mind that cannot be shown. 'The mind that cannot be seen and knowledge' means knowing the mind that cannot be seen, that is, knowing the mind that cannot be seen. 'Knowable things such as movement' means knowing the movement and non-movement and both and complete cessation of that mind. Among them, movement is transformation. Non-movement is cessation, that is, non-transformation. Both are complete cessation by transformation, which is the cessation of both, that is, neither transformed nor untransformed. Those are known by suchness, that is, movement and so on are known by suchness itself. The capable one realizes suchness, in what is called teaching others,
