In response to the objection that the Tathagata, who has the ability to benefit beings and is the nature of the complete enjoyment body, the nature of all qualities, is always present, but why does he not always act for the benefit of beings, it is said: When the cause is fully ripened, to whomsoever and whatsoever, at that time the action becomes beneficial, to that and in that place it appears. This means that the cause is the roots of virtue previously generated. Fully ripened means matured. To whichever sentient being, at whatever time, the action of teaching the Dharma, etc., will be beneficial in the future, therefore, whoever performs that benefit is called the Tathagata, because he abides near the teaching of the Dharma, etc. In order to show an example that is in accordance with these, it is said: Although the king of the gods sends down rain, just as unsuitable seeds do not sprout, although the Buddhas have appeared, those without fortune do not experience goodness. This is easy to understand. So, the complete enjoyment body, the place of all qualities, is the Buddha himself, and if it becomes a real thing and becomes one-sided, and if it is the nature of a momentary continuum, then how can it be said that this is all-pervasive and constant? In response to this thought, it is said: Because his actions are vast, the Buddha is definitely said to be all-pervasive, and because that nature is inexhaustible, it is also said to be constant. This means that just as the king is one-sided, but in every part of the country, the country that acts according to the king's command, it is said that the king pervades there. Similarly, the Bhagavan, like the realm of space, pervades those who are to be tamed with the illusion of the action of teaching the Dharma, so it is said to be all-pervasive. Just as the water of the Ganges flows continuously, it is said to be constant. Similarly, the Bhagavan also abides continuously from the palace of the Dense Array Field of Akanishta, with the nature of the complete enjoyment body, so it is said to be constant. The Dharmakaya is separated from the Tathagata, it is the difference of what is made, it is the collection of the jewels of the qualities of the completely differentiated mind. The qualities of the mind that have become Dharma, etc.

It is said to explain the Sambhogakaya, which has become a phenomenon, such as material things, etc. The marks are: These thirty-two marks and eighty minor marks are considered the Buddha's Sambhogakaya in order to benefit the Mahayana. This means, for the sake of enjoying what is it said? For the sake of benefiting the Mahayana. This means understanding the meaning through listening to the Mahayana Dharma, etc. It is called the Sambhogakaya in order for the lords of the ten bhumis to be able to enjoy the Mahayana. In the Mahayana treatises, it is also said that this Sambhogakaya is the nature of the material form body, which is a great mistake. If one thinks that this is matter itself, it is a false conjecture of the ignorant. This is not false, because it is different from matter and is established by the direct perception of self-awareness. Only in the distinction does this nature of wisdom exist. So, what are these thirty-two marks? They are described in five verses: The hands and feet are marked with wheels and turtle feet, the fingers and toes are connected by webs, the hands and feet are soft and youthful, this body has seven full places, the fingers are long, the heels are wide, the body is tall and upright, the ankles are invisible, the hair grows upwards, the calves are like antelopes, the arms are long and beautiful, the hidden places are deep, the skin is golden and thin, the body hair grows one by one from the right, the face is adorned with a white hair, the upper body is like a lion, these arms are round and full, even if there is something unappetizing, it appears most delicious, the body is like a banyan tree with a correct measure, the crown of the head is raised high, the tongue is long and beautiful, the voice of Brahma is clear, the cheeks are like a lion, the teeth are very white and evenly spaced and close together, the number is fully forty, the eyes are dark blue, the eyelashes are like a bull king. These are the thirty-two marks. The hands and feet are marked with wheels, which means that the palms of the hands and feet have wheel marks. Turtle feet means that the soles of the feet completely touch the ground, pressing evenly on the ground like a turtle. There are webs between the fingers and toes of the hands and feet.
