The various discriminations made by... are the qualities of the Tathagata's mind. In order to distinguish the Arhats' samadhi without afflictions from the Buddha's samadhi without afflictions through the aspect of the result, it is said: The Arhats' view without afflictions completely abandons human afflictions. The Victorious One (རྒྱལ་བ་,梵文:Jina,梵文罗马拟音:Jina,汉语字面意思:Victorious One) severs the stream of afflictions of cities and so on, which is without afflictions. That is to say, "without afflictions" means the absence of afflictions, and any samadhi without afflictions is a distinction of samadhi without afflictions. If the Arhats abide in the samadhi without afflictions, then the afflictions of those seen by these Arhats will not arise. The Tathagata, abiding in the samadhi without afflictions, whether seeing or not seeing, can sever the stream of afflictions of sentient beings in cities and so on, which is the distinction. In order to show that the Tathagata's knowledge arising from aspiration is superior to the Arhats' knowledge arising from aspiration, it is said: The Buddha's knowledge arising from aspiration is spontaneously accomplished, free from attachment, unobstructed, and eternally abiding, willing to answer all questions. That is to say, the Buddha's knowledge arising from aspiration is spontaneously accomplished because of the absence of conceptualization. Free from attachment because of the absence of dependence. Unobstructed because there is no obstruction in all places. Eternally abiding because it exists constantly until samsara is empty. Willing to answer all questions because of hearing the four individual correct knowledges. The Arhats and so on are the opposite of these. Then, since the Tathagata, who is the nature of the complete enjoyment body of all qualities, has the ability to constantly benefit beings and is eternally abiding, why does he not constantly benefit beings? In order to answer this question, it is said: After the cause has fully matured, to whom and where, at that time the action becomes beneficial, to him and there it appears. That is to say, the cause, that is, the root of virtue, has previously...

They are the generators. Fully matured is becoming. For any sentient being, at any time, the act of teaching the Dharma, etc., will bring benefit later. Therefore, anyone who does that is called the Tathagata, because he abides in teaching the Dharma, etc. To show examples that are in accordance with these, it is said: Even if the king of gods sends down rain, bad seeds will not grow. Even if the Buddhas come into being, those without fortune will not experience goodness. This is easy to understand. So, the place of all qualities, the Sambhogakaya, is the Buddha himself. However, since it is a real thing, it is only in one direction, and it is the nature of momentary arising and ceasing, then how can it be said to be all-pervading and constant? To this thought, it is said: Because his actions are vast, it is certain to say that the Buddha is all-pervading, and because that nature is inexhaustible, it is also said to be constant. This means that just as a king is only in one place, but wherever people act according to the king's command, the king is said to be all-pervading in that place. Similarly, the Bhagavan also pervades as far as the realm of space extends with the manifestation of the activity of teaching the Dharma to sentient beings, therefore he is called all-pervading. Just as the water of the Ganges flows continuously, it is called constant. Similarly, the Bhagavan also continuously abides in the palace of the Akaniṣṭha heaven's dense arrayed pure land with the nature of the Sambhogakaya, therefore he is called constant. The Dharmakaya is different from the Tathagata, therefore it is said to be a collection of jewels of the mind's qualities, which are completely conceived by differentiation. After explicitly declaring the qualities of the mind that are the Dharma, in order to show the Sambhogakaya, such as the Rupakaya, which is the object of the Dharma, it is said: The marks are thirty-two, and the possessor of eighty examples, in order to enjoy the Great Vehicle, is considered to be the Buddha's Sambhogakaya. This means that the body with thirty-two marks and eighty examples, in order to enjoy the Mahayana, is the Buddha's Sambhogakaya. So, what is enjoyed? It is said: In order to enjoy the Great Vehicle. This means, in order to listen to the Mahayana Dharma, etc.
