Just that, then how can birth, which is obtained by the Dharma of non-birth, be obtained? Thus it is said: In the ultimate truth, because there is no obtainer and nothing to be obtained, it will be obtained without effort. But in the conventional truth, through great effort, constantly practicing for a long time, the spontaneously accomplished wisdom enters into the eighth bhumi and so on, in order to obtain the wisdom that will liberate all sentient beings, how can it be obtained without effort? This is what is being said. If, relying on the truths of conventional and ultimate truth, birth and non-birth abide distinctly, then you will also face the same refutation and examination, with this thought, what is said is: Is the nature of birth non-birth, or is the Dharma of non-birth non-birth? The ultimate truth, even in the conventional truth of speech, is separated from verbal expression, thinking this, what is said is: Endowed with life, Shariputra, is it the Dharma of birth? etc., because both of those are false, so one dares not speak in the ultimate truth, this is what is thought. Non-birth is the reason for the ultimate truth, with this thought, what is said is: Endowed with life, Subhuti, you also for the Dharma of non-birth... Because it is in accordance with the ultimate truth, this non-birth is called the ultimate truth, what is said is: Endowed with life, Shariputra, non-birth itself is what is spoken, etc. Even if it is non-birth itself, because it is what is spoken, speech is elaboration, that is, the meaning of conceptual thought. If that is the case, what will appear at the time of direct realization? Itself is what is spoken, etc. Even if it is non-birth, because it is what is spoken, speech is elaboration, that is, the meaning of conceptual thought. Thus, what will appear at the time of direct realization? Endowed with life, Shariputra, non-birth itself appears separately, what is said is: Liberated from all conceptual thoughts, the non-birth itself, which is not to be grasped, appears as the grasped, and the non-grasping itself appears as the grasping. And how, even if it is not such a nature, yet in such a nature separately...

As for appearance, it is said that it appears extremely distinctly, just like the venerable Śāriputra. As it is, since what is seen cannot be denied, it can be any way in the mundane. Or, as it is, in the unexamined nature, only falsehood appears distinctly. The so-called extremely distinct appearance is the distinct appearance in the nature free from permanence and annihilation. To praise the truthful exposition of the suchness of the Dharma, it is said: "The venerable Subhūti is a preacher of the Dharma," and so on. The so-called "to be established" means to be held. Don't the Śrāvakas also have the realization of the cloud of Dharma? Why is it taught like this? It is greeted with "Why is that?", and then "Like this" and so on are said. "To whom and to whom" refers to intention. "To that and to that" is the same, because whatever is fully asked is answered, and thus it will surely arise, so it does not waver from the Dharma nature of its own realization and abides. The Dharma nature of the scriptures does not contradict the Dharma of realization, although there is no wisdom of constant equal abiding, this is the remainder. To show that it is the blessing of the Tathāgata, it is said, "The venerable Śāriputra is the Śrāvaka of the Bhagavan," and so on. "The Śrāvakas of the Tathāgata, those who do not abide in the Dharma," refers to those who do not have manifest attachment to the Dharma. The so-called Dharma nature is this, which refers to the certainty of dependent origination. What is the Dharma nature? It is "Those what and what" and so on. Even if there is an object of the nature of form and so on, how can the Śrāvaka be one who does not abide in the Dharma? It is greeted with "Why is that?", and then "Like this, whatever" and so on are said. Because it is free from the nature of one and many, all Dharmas do not abide, because it is not a place to abide. The Śrāvaka who does not abide in the Dharma is blessed for the sake of explaining the meaning of the Prajñāpāramitā.
