是修习般若波罗蜜多。大悲心、欢喜心、舍心如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。虚空无边处的等至如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。识无边处的等至、少许都没有处的等至、非有想非无想处的等至如是修习如是入定如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。忆念佛陀如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。忆念正法、忆念僧伽、忆念戒律、忆念戒律、忆念布施、忆念天神、忆念厌离、忆念出入气息、忆念死亡、 忆念身体的形相如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。无常想如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。痛苦想、无我想、不净想、无事物想、我之想、有情之想、生命之想、出生之想、养育之想、士夫之想、补特伽罗之想、势力所生之想、势力子之想、作者之想、感受者之想、知者之想、见者之想如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。常想如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。无常想、快乐想、痛苦想、我之想、无我想如是修习如是坏灭,是修习般若波罗蜜多。寂静之想、不寂静之想。

is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. Great compassion, joy, and equanimity, cultivating them in this way and destroying them in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. Entering into the meditative absorption of the Sphere of Limitless Space, cultivating it in this way and destroying it in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. Entering into the meditative absorption of the Sphere of Limitless Consciousness, the meditative absorption of the Sphere of Nothing Whatsoever, and the meditative absorption of the Sphere of Neither Perception nor Non-Perception, cultivating them in this way, entering into them in this way, cultivating them in this way, and destroying them in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. Recalling the Buddha, cultivating it in this way and destroying it in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. Recalling the Dharma, recalling the Sangha, recalling moral discipline, recalling moral discipline, recalling generosity, recalling the deities, recalling renunciation, recalling the in-and-out breaths, recalling death, recalling the appearance of the body, cultivating them in this way and destroying them in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. The perception of impermanence, cultivating it in this way and destroying it in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. The perception of suffering, the perception of selflessness, the perception of unattractiveness, the perception of the absence of things, the perception of self, the perception of sentient beings, the perception of life, the perception of birth, the perception of nourishment, the perception of a man, the perception of a person, the perception of arising from power, the perception of a son of power, the perception of a maker, the perception of a feeler, the perception of a knower, the perception of a seer, cultivating them in this way and destroying them in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. The perception of permanence, cultivating it in this way and destroying it in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. The perception of impermanence, the perception of happiness, the perception of suffering, the perception of self, the perception of selflessness, cultivating them in this way and destroying them in this way, is cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom. The perception of peace, and the perception of non-peace.

Meditating on the right abandonments, the legs of miraculous power, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, and the path in such a way that they disintegrate is meditating on the perfection of wisdom. Meditating on emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness in such a way that they disintegrate is meditating on the perfection of wisdom. Meditating on the eight liberations and the nine successive abidings in such a way that they disintegrate is meditating on the perfection of wisdom. Meditating on the concentration with examination and analysis, the concentration without examination but only analysis, and the concentration without examination and analysis in such a way that they disintegrate is meditating on the perfection of wisdom.
