One should practice the Perfection of Wisdom. One should thus realize it. One should thus cultivate it. This is known as the conceptualization of not attending to the heart of enlightenment. Question: Blessed One, how should one practice the Perfection of Wisdom without opening the opportunity for other minds? The Blessed One said: One should practice the Perfection of Wisdom by not opening the opportunity for other attentions. One should realize the Perfection of Wisdom. One should cultivate the Perfection of Wisdom. This is known as the conceptualization of attending to the vehicle of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. Subhuti, by not abandoning the attention to all-knowingness itself, the mind and mental factors do not arise, thus one should practice the Perfection of Wisdom. One should practice the Perfection of Wisdom. One should realize the Perfection of Wisdom. One should cultivate the Perfection of Wisdom. Question: Blessed One, by practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, realizing the Perfection of Wisdom, and cultivating the Perfection of Wisdom, will one attain all-knowingness itself? The Blessed One said: That is not so, this is known as the conceptualization of not attending to perfect and complete enlightenment. Question: Then what is it? Does one attain all-knowingness itself through cultivation? The Blessed One said: Subhuti, that is not so, this is known as the conceptualization of cultivation. Question: Then what is it? Does one attain all-knowingness itself through non-cultivation? The Blessed One said: That is not so, this is known as the conceptualization of non-cultivation. Question: Blessed One, then what is it? Having cultivated and also not cultivated, does one attain all-knowingness itself? The Blessed One said: That is not so. Question: Then what is it? It is also a conceptualization that is neither cultivated nor uncultivated. The question is: World Honored One, how is the all-knowingness attained? The World Honored One said: Suchness is as it is. The question is: How is suchness? The World Honored One said: The true limit is as it is. The question is: How is the true limit? The World Honored One said: The Dharma realm is as it is, which is called the conceptualization of non-true meaning, and these are the second group of nine of the apprehended conceptualizations. The question is: How is the Dharma realm? The World Honored One said: My realm, the realm of sentient beings, the realm of life, and the realm of individuals are as they are. The question is: World Honored One, how are my realm, the realm of sentient beings, the realm of life, and the realm of individuals? The World Honored One said: Subhuti, what do you think? Is self, sentient being, life, or individual attainable? The question is: World Honored One, it is not. The World Honored One said: Subhuti, if self, sentient being, life, or individual is unattainable, how can it be established as my realm, the realm of sentient beings, the realm of life, and the realm of individuals? Therefore, by not clinging to the Perfection of Wisdom and not clinging to all dharmas, one will attain all-knowingness. The question is: World Honored One, what? Is the Perfection of Wisdom unestablishable? Are the Perfection of Dhyana, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Morality, and the Perfection of Generosity unestablishable? Is even all-knowingness unestablishable? The World Honored One said: Subhuti, the Perfection of Wisdom is unestablishable. The Perfection of Dhyana, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Morality, and the Perfection of Generosity are unestablishable. Inner

Emptiness is unassignable. The interval between the nature of non-entity and emptiness is unassignable. The mindfulnesses are unassignable. The right abandonments and the supports of magical power, and the faculties, and the powers, and the limbs of enlightenment, and the eightfold noble path are unassignable. The interval between the eighteen unmixed dharmas of the Buddhas is unassignable. The interval between unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment is unassignable. Conditioned and unconditioned, and the dharmas of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, or the dharmas of the Bodhisattvas, or the dharmas of the Buddhas, all dharmas are unassignable. Asked: Blessed One, if all dharmas are thus unassignable, then Blessed One, for what reason do sentient beings have hells? Do they have the birth-place of animals and the world of Yama? Do they have gods and humans? Do they have stream-enterers? Do they have once-returners? Do they have non-returners? Do they have Arhats? Do they have Solitary Buddhas? Do they have Bodhisattvas? Do they have Perfectly Awakened Buddhas? The Blessed One said: Subhuti, what do you think? Do you think that what is assigned to sentient beings is perceptible? Answered: Blessed One, it is not so. The Blessed One said: Subhuti, if sentient beings are imperceptible, then how can one assign sentient beings to hell? Or the birth-place of animals? Or the world of Yama? Or gods? Or humans? Or stream-enterers? Or once-returners? Or non-returners? Or Arhats? How can one assign them to Solitary Buddhas? How can one assign them to Bodhisattvas? How can one assign them to Perfectly Awakened Buddhas? Subhuti, thus Bodhisattvas, great beings, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, should train in all unassignable dharmas, which is called the discrimination of what is assigned to sentient beings. Asked: Blessed One, then Bodhisattvas, great beings, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, train in form, and feeling, and perception, and
