What is the difference between consciousness, aggregates, and the discriminations and the Buddha's teachings that are thoroughly conceptualized? What are the Buddha's teachings that are conceptually apprehended? What are the Buddha's teachings of suchness? The Blessed One said: Maitreya, whatever is the entity of the characteristic of formations, and for that, relying on the name called "form," and on conception, imputation, and terminology, one fully understands it as the very nature of form, this is the form that is thoroughly conceptualized. Maitreya, whatever is the entity of the characteristic of formations, and for that, relying on the name called "feeling," called "perception," called "formations," called "consciousness," and the names in between called "Buddha's teachings," and relying on conception, imputation, and terminology, one fully understands it as the very nature of feeling, the very nature of perception, the very nature of formations, the very nature of consciousness, and the nature in between the Buddha's teachings, this is the feeling that is thoroughly conceptualized, and perception, and formations, and consciousness. These are the things in between the Buddha's teachings that are thoroughly conceptualized. That entity of the characteristic of formations is expressed manifestly based on the discrimination that abides in the suchness of mere discrimination. For whatever, the name and conception and imputation and terminology that are called "this is form," and called "feeling," and called "perception," and called "formations," and called "consciousness," and called "in between the Buddha's teachings," whatever that is, this is the form that is conceptually apprehended. This is the feeling that is conceptually apprehended. This is the perception that is conceptually apprehended. This is the formations that are conceptually apprehended. This is the consciousness that is conceptually apprehended. These are the things in between the Buddha's teachings that are conceptually apprehended. Whether the Tathagatas appear or not, suchness, and the very abiding of dharma, and the realm of dharma, and whatever form that is thoroughly conceptualized, with this form that is conceptually apprehended, one recognizes it in the time that is constant and constant, and in the time that is firm and firm.
