Therefore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they should not dwell on the idea that "consciousness is suffering." Similarly, they should not dwell on the idea that "form is without self." Why is that? World Honored One, it is because the very nature of form's selflessness is empty of form's selflessness. The emptiness of form's selflessness is not form's selflessness. Other than emptiness, there is no form's selflessness. Form's selflessness is emptiness, and emptiness is form's selflessness. World Honored One, therefore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they should not dwell on the idea that "form is without self." Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness should not dwell on the idea that "are without self." Why is that? World Honored One, it is because the very nature of consciousness's selflessness is empty of consciousness's selflessness. The emptiness of consciousness's selflessness is not consciousness's selflessness. Other than emptiness, there is no consciousness's selflessness. Consciousness's selflessness is emptiness, and emptiness is consciousness's selflessness. World Honored One, therefore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they should not dwell on the idea that "consciousness is without self." Chapter Ten World Honored One, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they should not dwell on the idea that "form is peaceful." Why is that? World Honored One, it is because the very nature of form's peacefulness is empty of form's peacefulness. The emptiness of form's peacefulness is not form's peacefulness. Other than emptiness, there is no form's peacefulness. Form's peacefulness is emptiness, and emptiness is form's peacefulness. World Honored One, therefore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they should not dwell on the idea that "form is peaceful."

They do not abide in it. Feelings, perceptions, formations, and consciousness are peaceful, they do not abide in acting in this way, what is the reason for that? World Honored One, in this way, the very nature of the peace of consciousness is empty by the very nature of the peace of consciousness. Whatever is the emptiness of the peace of consciousness is not the very nature of the peace of consciousness. Other than emptiness, there is no very nature of the peace of consciousness. The very nature of the peace of consciousness is emptiness. Emptiness itself is the very nature of the peace of consciousness. World Honored One, in this way, A Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, does not abide in the peace of consciousness. Similarly, they do not abide in cause, arising, increase, and condition. World Honored One, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, does not abide in form being empty, what is the reason for that?
