Those gods, whoever they are, will also protect that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, preventing anyone from obstructing him. And all his physical faults will become endowed with visible Dharma. Why is that? Because this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva pervades all sentient beings with loving-kindness. Shariputra, in the northern world realms as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, how many Buddhas, Bhagavat, abide and live, and their Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddhas, and the Four Great Kings, and the Thirty-three, and the Yama, and the Tushita, and the Nirmanarati, and the Paranirmitavasavartin, and the Brahma host, and the Brahma attendants, and the Brahma retinue, and the Great Brahma, and the Parittabha, and the Apramanabha, and the Abhasvara, and the Parittasubha, and the Apramanasubha, and the Subhakrtsna, and the Anabhraka, and the Punyaprasava, and the Brhatphala, and the Asamjnisattva, and the Avrha, and the Atapa, and the Sudrsa, and the Sudarsana, and the Akanistha gods, they will also protect that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, preventing anyone from obstructing him. And all his physical faults will become endowed with visible Dharma. Why is that? Because this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva pervades all sentient beings with loving-kindness. Shariputra, in the world systems of the southeast direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all the Buddhas, Bhagavat, who dwell and nurture, and those who are their Shravakas, all the Pratyekabuddhas, and the gods from the Four Great Kings up to Akanishtha, they also protect this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, so that no obstacles arise. Shariputra, in the world realms of the lower direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all the Buddhas, Bhagavat who dwell and protect, and all their Shravaka disciples, and all the Pratyekabuddhas, and all the gods from the Four Great Kings to Akanishtha, will protect that Bodhisattva Mahasattva, lest he be obstructed in any way. All his physical defects will become endowed with visible Dharma. What is the reason for that? It is because the Bodhisattva Mahasattva pervades all sentient beings with loving-kindness. Shariputra, in the world realms of the upper direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, all the Buddhas, Bhagavat who dwell and protect, and all their Shravaka disciples, and all the Pratyekabuddhas, and all the gods from the Four Great Kings to Akanishtha, will protect that Bodhisattva Mahasattva, lest he be obstructed in any way. All his physical defects will become endowed with visible Dharma. What is the reason for that? It is because the Bodhisattva Mahasattva pervades all sentient beings with loving-kindness. Shariputra, furthermore, when the Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, even with a small chapter, the doors of Dharani and the doors of Samadhi will manifest. In all births, he will please the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, and until he attains the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment and becomes a Buddha, he will never be separated from those Buddhas, Bhagavat.
