Thus it is. There is no manifest attachment to the body. There is no manifest attachment to the eye of flesh. There is no manifest attachment to the divine eye. There is no manifest attachment to the eye of wisdom. There is no manifest attachment to the eye of Dharma. There is no manifest attachment to the eye of the Buddha. There is no manifest attachment to those who have attained the perfection of manifest knowledge. There is no manifest attachment to inner emptiness. There is no manifest attachment to outer emptiness. There is no manifest attachment to inner and outer emptiness. There is no manifest attachment to emptiness of emptiness. There is no manifest attachment to great emptiness, to ultimate emptiness, to conditioned emptiness, to unconditioned emptiness, to emptiness beyond extremes, to emptiness without beginning or end, to emptiness without abandonment, to emptiness of inherent nature, to emptiness of all dharmas, to emptiness of self-characteristic, to emptiness of non-apprehension, to emptiness of non-entity, to emptiness of essence, to emptiness of non-entity essence, to emptiness of self-entity, to emptiness of other-entity. There is no manifest attachment to suchness. There is no manifest attachment to the true limit. There is no manifest attachment to the realm of Dharma. There is no manifest attachment to maturing sentient beings. There is no manifest attachment to purifying the Buddha-field. There is no manifest attachment to skillful means. Why is that? Because all such dharmas, such as what is attached to, what is attached by, and what is attached to, do not exist. This is called the forbearance of subsequent knowledge of arising. Subhuti, thus a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom and not manifestly attached to all dharmas, increases through the Perfection of Generosity. He increases through the Perfection of Discipline. He increases through the Perfection of Patience. He increases through the Perfection of Diligence. He increases through the Perfection of Meditation. He increases through the Perfection of Wisdom. The Bodhisattva is without fault.

That which is called proper engagement will occur, which is subsequent knowledge of the origin. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices in this way, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, will completely conquer the ground of non-retrogression, which is called the forbearance of Dharma-knowledge in cessation. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices in this way will perfect all the superknowledges. Having perfected all the superknowledges, they will go from Buddha-field to Buddha-field, and will also fully ripen sentient beings. They will also honor and respect the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, regard them as teachers, make images, and make offerings. By that very root of virtue, they will be born in the presence of those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and will also listen to the Dharma. Having heard it, until the essence of enlightenment, this stream of Dharma will not be cut off. They will also obtain the doors of dharani, and they will also obtain the doors of samadhi. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom in this way should understand all that is designated as Dharma with names, which is called Dharma-knowledge in cessation. Subhuti, what do you think of what is said to be a Bodhisattva, a Bodhisattva? Do you think form is a Bodhisattva? Do you think feeling is a Bodhisattva? Do you think perception is a Bodhisattva? Do you think formations are a Bodhisattva? Do you think consciousness is a Bodhisattva? Subhuti, what do you think of this? Is there a Bodhisattva other than form? Is there a Bodhisattva other than feeling? Is there a Bodhisattva other than perception? Is there a Bodhisattva other than formations? Is there a Bodhisattva other than consciousness? Subhuti, what do you think of this? Do you think a Bodhisattva exists in form? Do you think a Bodhisattva exists in feeling? Do you think a Bodhisattva exists in perception? Do you think a Bodhisattva exists in formations? Do you think a Bodhisattva exists in consciousness?
