became. After remembering, with joy and extreme delight, in their respective Buddha-fields, they went and arrived at the places where the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-buddhas, had appeared. They bowed their heads to the feet of those Buddhas, the Bhagavad-buddhas, and with their palms joined together, they paid homage to the Bhagavad-buddhas. Then, at that time, in this three-thousand-great-thousand world realm, all sentient beings who were like blind people were able to see forms with their eyes. Deaf sentient beings were able to hear sounds with their ears. The insane were able to regain their memory. Those with disturbed minds were able to attain single-pointedness of mind. Those without clothes were able to obtain clothes. The poor were able to obtain wealth. The hungry were able to obtain food. The thirsty were able to obtain drink. Those afflicted by disease were free from disease. Those with impaired bodies and incomplete faculties were able to have complete and full bodies and faculties. The weary were able to rest. Those who had not abandoned the extremes of bodily, verbal, and mental actions and non-virtuous livelihoods were able to abandon the extremes of bodily, verbal, and mental actions and non-virtuous livelihoods. All sentient beings, for all sentient beings, for example, fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, relatives, kinsmen, and friends, with the same mind, were equal in mind with each other. All sentient beings were endowed with the path of the ten virtuous actions and practiced celibacy, were pure and without the stain of faults, and were free from all non-virtuous thoughts. At that time, all sentient beings were endowed with all happiness. Endowed with such happiness, for example, the happiness of a monk entering the third dhyana, they were endowed with all such happiness. At that time, they were endowed with such a nature, that the taming of the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-buddhas, who dwell in other Buddha-fields is excellent, peace is excellent, perfect discipline is excellent, abiding in celibacy for a long time is excellent, and not harming those who have become living beings is excellent.
