And immeasurable, and formless attainments, and the ten powers, and the four fearlessnesses, and the four individual perfect knowledges, and up to the eighteen unmixed qualities of a Buddha, one trains in a way that does not focus on them. Then the venerable Shariputra said this to the Blessed One: Blessed One, does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva train in the perfection of wisdom in such a way, training in a way that does not focus on them? The Blessed One said: Shariputra, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva trains in the perfection of wisdom in such a way, training in a way that does not focus on them. Shariputra asked: Blessed One, why does one not focus on them? The Blessed One said: Shariputra, because of the utter purity, one does not focus on self. Because of the utter purity, one does not focus on sentient beings, or life, or nourishment, or individuals, or persons, or those born of strength, or those with strength, or doers, or experiencers, or knowers, or seers. Because of the utter purity, one does not focus on suffering. Because of the utter purity, one does not focus on origination, or cessation, or the path.

Non-returner, Arhat, Solitary Buddha are not apprehended. Because of being utterly pure, Bodhisattva is not apprehended. Because of being utterly pure, Bodhi is not apprehended. Because of being utterly pure, Buddha is not apprehended. Asked: Blessed One, what is purity? The Blessed One said: All dharmas are unarisen, without arising, without object, and without manifest activity. This is called purity. Shariputra, thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva trains by not apprehending all dharmas. This is taught in terms of the general aspect of conceptualization. Asked: Blessed One, what dharmas does the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who trains in this way train in? The Blessed One said: Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who trains in this way does not train in any dharma. Why is that? Shariputra, these dharmas are not in the way that childish ordinary beings manifestly cling to them. Asked: Blessed One, then what is the nature of these dharmas? The Blessed One said: They exist as if swallowed, and because they do not exist in that way, they are called non-existent. This is the first ignorance conceptualization that belongs to the heat-related conceptualization. Asked: Blessed One, why is it said to be non-existent because it is not existent? The Blessed One said: Shariputra, form is not existent because it is between inner emptiness and the emptiness of the nature of non-things. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are not existent because they are between inner emptiness and the emptiness of the nature of non-things. Between the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment, they are not existent because they are between inner emptiness and the emptiness of the nature of non-things.

Its second conceptualization is the conceptualization of the aggregates such as form. For this, individual ordinary beings are attached to ignorance and craving. They are discriminated by ignorance and craving. Having discriminated, they are attached by ignorance and craving. Because of attachment to the two extremes, they do not know or see the two extremes as they are. They discriminate those non-existent dharmas as they are, and from attachment to name and form, up to attachment to all the Buddha's dharmas, this is called its third conceptualization, which is the conceptualization of attachment to name and form. Attachment to dharmas, they discriminate into the two non-existent extremes. Having discriminated, they do not know or see. What do they not know or see? They do not know or see form. They do not know or see feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness, up to the twelve sources, the eighteen realms, and the twelve links of dependent origination. They do not know or see the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, up to the eighteen unmixed Buddha dharmas. In this way, they are counted as "ordinary people," which is called its fourth conceptualization, which is the conceptualization of attachment to the two extremes. They do not know or see because of ignorance and craving. What do they not know or see? They do not know or see that form is completely defiled. Similarly, they do not know or see that form is completely purified. They do not know or see that feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are completely defiled. Similarly, they do not know or see that consciousness is completely purified. They will definitely not emerge. From where will they definitely not emerge? They will not definitely emerge from the desire realm. They will not definitely emerge from the form realm. They will not definitely emerge from the formless realm. They will not definitely emerge from the dharmas of the hearers and solitary Buddhas, which is called its fifth conceptualization, which is completely defiled.
