Do. Understanding each meaning correctly refers to knowing the meaning of the characteristics of self and commonality of dharmas, as well as other meanings, without any obstruction. This and other things are explained in detail. Understanding each definitive word correctly refers to the definitive words of the terms of the dharma, which are different in the perception of self and commonality, in the language of the beings of each realm. For example, because it is destroyed and completely destroyed, it is called the world; because it can be formed, it is called form, and so on. Understanding each fearlessness correctly refers to being unobstructed in the detailed classification of dharmas, and so on, as before. Among them, detailed classification refers to existing substantially, existing nominally, and existing ultimately, and so on. What are the four completely pure aspects? Because of the acceptance of reliance, abiding, and correctly benefiting, abiding as desired, it is reliance completely pure. Because of entering with the conduct of emanation and complete transformation of the object as desired, it is object completely pure. Because of mastering wisdom and mastering samadhi, it is mind completely pure and wisdom completely pure. What are the ten powers? For example, the power over life is obtained by completing the perfection of generosity, which is summarized as depending on the desire to live. Why? Because giving enjoyment, beings are necessarily related to life. The power over mind is the nature of correct summary, thinking as desired. Because giving enjoyment, the thoughts of beings follow the guidance of the mind as it is. The power over resources is the attainment of the most excellent correct summary as desired. Because resources are given correctly as desired by beings. The power over karma is obtained by correctly summarizing the karma of body and speech as desired. It is obtained by fulfilling the aspiration of having the perfection of discipline. Why? Because the karma of the body and the karma of the speech of beings

Because there is no fault, for the sake of the yoga of manifest desire. The mastery over birth is attained by the very fact that it is perfectly gathered by the birth of beings as desired. Why is that? Because the aspiration endowed with morality has been accomplished. The mastery over faith is perfectly gathered by following whatever is desired in things such as earth becoming gold, etc. It is attained by the perfection of the perfection of patience. Why is that? Because in previous lifetimes, he followed the faith of sentient beings with patience. The mastery over aspiration is perfectly gathered by accomplishing it as desired. It is attained by the perfection of the perfection of diligence. Why is that? Because in the past, he practiced the diligence of all sentient beings without laziness. It is perfectly gathered by the five superknowledges. It is attained by the perfection of the perfection of meditation. Because in the past, he entered into meditation as needed by sentient beings. The mastery over wisdom is perfectly gathered by manifesting wisdom as desired. It is attained by the perfection of the perfection of wisdom. Because in the past, sentient beings practiced the Dharma such as the Sutras as they desired. The ten powers are as follows: the power of knowing what is possible and impossible, the power of knowing karma and its ripening, the power of knowing meditation, concentration, equipoise, and attainment, the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties, the power of knowing various aspirations, the power of knowing various realms, the power of knowing the path to all destinations, the power of knowing death and rebirth, the power of knowing the recollection of past lives, and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. The meaning of these should be extensively studied in the Sutra of the King of Dharani's Power. The four fearlessnesses are: If I have vowed to become perfectly enlightened, no one can accuse me of not having attained enlightenment through the Dharma.

Since I do not truly see the reason for someone to argue with me by possessing the Dharma, I have attained happiness, freedom from anxiety, and fearlessness; this is the first fearlessness. Similarly, if I vow, "Alas, all my defilements are exhausted," and someone says, "These defilements are not exhausted," then no one can argue with me by possessing the Dharma, etc., as before; this is the second fearlessness. Furthermore, if I say that I show the path of liberation to the Shravakas, and they obstruct it, saying that it is not liberation because suffering will be completely exhausted, then no one will argue that it is not the end of suffering, as before; this is the third fearlessness. Moreover, if I say that I have shown the Dharma of obstruction to the Shravakas, and they obstruct it, saying that it is not an obstruction, then no one can argue with me by possessing the Dharma, as before. This is the fourth fearlessness. The three unguardednesses are as follows: The Tathagata possesses completely pure bodily conduct, because the Tathagata does not have impure bodily conduct, so whatever is prohibited, the Tathagata does not have it; this is the first unguardedness. The speech and mental activities should be spoken of in the same way as the bodily activities. The three mindfulnesses are as follows: When the Tathagata teaches the Dharma, some listen attentively and respectfully, focusing their minds on listening with reverence, and diligently seeking the Dharma and its meaning, but the Tathagata will neither be pleased by this, nor feel happy, nor will his mind waver. Others listen attentively and respectfully, or the opposite, the Tathagata will not be angry, impatient, or displeased. Some listen with complete reverence, and some listen with complete irreverence, the Tathagata will neither be pleased nor angry with them, but will always act with equanimity.
