It is the third close placement of mindfulness. The Dharma nature of non-forgetfulness is that the Buddhas do not exceed the time in doing the benefit of all sentient beings. Therefore, it is reasonable that this does not have other tasks to do. Those who have completely destroyed habitual tendencies are said to be those who have completely abandoned afflictions, but those who act as if they have not abandoned afflictions are said to be the habitual tendencies of afflictions. This Buddha, the Bhagavan, has also abandoned them and does not possess them, so it is said that he does not possess the habitual tendencies of afflictions. Great compassion is the intention to benefit, by which the Bhagavan always observes the world three times during the day and three times during the night. How does he observe? Whose roots of virtue have not matured? Whose roots of virtue have matured? Who is the vessel for showing manifest superiority? Who is the vessel for showing definite goodness? Who is the vessel for attaining Buddhahood? What should be done to whom? Thus he observes. The eighteen unshared Dharmas of the Buddha are: the Tathagata has no confusion, no idle talk, no loss of mindfulness, no diverse thoughts, no unequal abiding mind, no unexamined equanimity, no desire exhausted, no diligence exhausted, no mindfulness exhausted, no samadhi exhausted, no wisdom exhausted, no liberation exhausted, all bodily activities are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, all speech activities are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, all mental activities are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom, the wisdom vision of non-attachment and non-obstruction enters into the past time, the wisdom vision of non-attachment and non-obstruction enters into the future and present time, the unshared exposition is as stated in the "Commentary on the Ornament of Clear Realization," which is the difference of realizing all aspects. What is all-aspect knowledge? Some refer to the consciousness that focuses on the four truths, which is included in the sixteen aspects.
