Having acted thus, what was said is: Subhuti, however you say, for example, just as the sky opens up opportunities for immeasurable, countless, and unmeasurable sentient beings, so too does the Great Vehicle open up opportunities for immeasurable, countless, and unmeasurable sentient beings. For this reason, it is called the Great Vehicle. As it is said, the emptiness of sentient beings, space, and the Great Vehicle is indicated by the word "is," and the Great Vehicle opens up opportunities for immeasurable, countless, and unmeasurable sentient beings. Why is that? Because sentient beings, space, and the Great Vehicle are unobservable. This shows that the path that is embraced by the aspect of non-observation is the cause of the definite arising of the benefit of sentient beings. The path is also embraced by the ten bhumis of the Bodhisattva. Because of the emptiness of sentient beings, space, and the Great Vehicle, it is immeasurable, so the Great Vehicle has the opportunity for sentient beings mentioned earlier. Why is that? Because sentient beings and so on are unobservable. Because the conceptualizations of the first bhumi and so on are not the objects of the path of seeing. Also, because of the emptiness of sentient beings, space, and the Great Vehicle, it is countless, so it itself opens up the opportunity for sentient beings mentioned earlier. Why is that? Because they are unobservable. Because in the second bhumi, when the great conceptualizations of the great conceptualizations are abandoned at the small time of the small path, sentient beings and so on are unobservable. Also, because of the emptiness of the realm of sentient beings, the realm of phenomena, space, and the Great Vehicle, it is unmeasurable, so it itself has the opportunity for sentient beings mentioned earlier. Why is that? Because all of them are unobservable. Because in the third bhumi, the medium of the small path is the antidote to the medium of great conceptualizations, so it is able to eliminate them. Also, because of the emptiness of sentient beings and the Tathagatagarbha, space and the Great Vehicle, and the immeasurable, countless, and unmeasurable non-conditioned, there are no dharmas of these, so it itself is the same as before.

Why is that? As before, the antidote to the small of the great conceptualization in the fourth is the great of the non-small, because it does not see those. Also, self, sentient beings, life, etc., and the true limit, space, the Great Vehicle, the immeasurable, the countless, and the boundless, because of the nature of non-existence, since all dharmas are non-existent, therefore, to that very nature, everything is added. Why is that? As before, the antidote to the great of the medium conceptualization in the fifth is the small of the medium path, because it does not perceive those. Thus it is said. Furthermore, self, etc., and the inconceivable realm, aggregates such as form, etc., and space, the Great Vehicle, the immeasurable, the countless, and the boundless, because of the nature of non-existence, to that very nature everything is added. Why is that? As before, the antidote to the medium of the medium conceptualization in the sixth is the medium of the medium path, because those are of the nature of non-perception. Thus it is said. Furthermore, self, etc., and eyes, etc., and space, the Great Vehicle, the immeasurable, the countless, the boundless, and all dharmas, because of the nature of non-existence, to that everything is added. Why is that? As before, the antidote to the small of the medium conceptualization in the seventh is the great of the medium path, because those are of the nature of non-perception. Thus it is said. Furthermore, self, etc., and the perfections such as generosity, etc., and space, the Great Vehicle, the immeasurable, the countless, the boundless, and all dharmas, because of the nature of non-existence, to that very nature everything is added. Why is that? As before, the eighth is the antidote to the great of the small conceptualization, by the small of the great path, because those are non-perceptible. Thus it is said. Furthermore, self, etc., and all emptinesses, and the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment up to the unmixed dharmas of the Buddha, and the grounds such as lineages, etc., and stream-enterers, etc., and the Hearers and the Solitary Buddhas' vehicles, and the Thus-Gone One, and all aspects.
