Oh! Because everything learned is for the sake of happiness, it is not rough. If one transcends these, in order to truly show the method of certain liberation, it is not crude. In order to show the discipline of all three vehicles, it is extremely gentle. Because it is the antidote to distraction, it is pleasing to the ear. Because it generates samadhi, it satisfies the body. Because it generates great joy through higher vision, it satisfies the mind. Because it cuts off doubt, it gladdens the heart. Because it eliminates falsehood and uncertainty, it generates joy and happiness. Because there is no regret in practice, there is no complete suffering. Because it is the basis for the perfection of wisdom arising from hearing, it is to be fully understood. Because it is the basis for the perfection of wisdom arising from thinking, it is to be properly considered. Because the teacher teaches the Dharma without concealment, it is extremely clear. Because it makes those who have attained their own benefit rejoice, it is pleasing. Because it makes those who have not attained their own benefit rejoice, it is delightful. Because it truly shows the inconceivable Dharma, it makes everything known. Because it truly shows the inconceivable Dharmas, it is to be properly considered. Because it does not contradict valid cognition, it is logical. Because it shows the disciples as they should understand, it is relevant. Because it does not speak meaninglessly, there is no fault of repetition. Because it frightens all the assemblies of non-Buddhists, it is the power of the lion's roar. Because the voice is vast, it is the sound of an elephant. Because it is profound, it is the sound of a dragon. Because it is worthy of being received, it is the voice of the dragon king. Because the sound is extremely pleasant, it is the song of the Gandharva. Because it is sharp and pleasant, it is the sound of the Kalaviṅka. Because it is heard far away, it is the sound of Brahma. Because it is known to precede all accomplishments, it is known as the sound of the Jīvaṃjīvaka bird. Among these, saying "sound" is to understand that it is the sound of the nature of showing meaning. Saying "tone" is to understand the meaning of the expression of that and that.

The mentioned "fame" refers to the ability to proclaim the meaning of that sound and that sound accordingly. Because it is not something to be surpassed, it is as pleasant as the voice of Indra. Because it precedes the complete victory over all demons and adversaries, it is like the sound of a drum. Because of praise, there is no affliction, so it is not arrogant. Because of criticism, there is no dejection, so it is not haughty. Because it perfectly follows the characteristics of all sound treatises, it follows all sounds. Because it is spoken without forgetting, there are no verbal flaws. Because it always dwells separately for the sake of the activities of those to be tamed, it is without incompleteness. Because it does not rely on gain and respect, it is not discouraged. Because it is free from timidity, it is not weak. Because there is no protection, it is extremely joyful. Because it is skilled in all fields of knowledge, it is pervasive. Because it perfectly accomplishes all the benefits of sentient beings, it is without end. Because it is without interruption, it is continuous. Because it dwells in a previous posture, it is majestic. Because one utterance has multiple forms of sound, it perfects all sounds. Because multiple meanings can be understood from one utterance, it satisfies all faculties. Because it acts as promised, it is not blamed. Because it is perfectly integrated at the time of attainment, it is unchanging. Because it does not speak hastily, it is not rushed. Because distant and near retinues hear it equally, it is renowned throughout the retinue. Because it transforms all worldly meanings into examples of Dharma, it is endowed with all excellence. The noble Asanga said this. Because the Dharma wheel with twelve aspects is recited three times, and the negation of existence and non-existence is taught, the Thus-Gone One turns the Dharma wheel that has not been turned before. Among them, the three recitations are the noble truth of suffering. It should be fully understood. It is fully understood, and so on. Each of these has eye, knowledge, wisdom, and the arising of intelligence, which are the twelve aspects.
