Suchness is not, etc., and why is that? World Honored One, thus, suchness is emptiness, and emptiness is suchness, etc., whatever is said is so. Among them, what is the emptiness of suchness? That is not suchness, as it is said, because the separated suchness is only conceptual. There is no emptiness other than suchness, as it is said, because it is established that emptiness is the ultimate truth. Among them, because of the meaning of immutability, it is suchness. Thus, because of the meaning of the antidote made, it is emptiness. Because of the meaning of indivisibility, it is the nature of Dharma. The Dharma realm is the same as the previous one. Because of the meaning of definite arising, it is the definiteness of Dharma. The true limit is the same as the previous one. Acting with the freedom of the truth of the path, with the meaning of non-abiding and non-manifestation of intention, the difference of the object is, World Honored One, if one abides in form, then that form is practiced with manifest intention, but it is not practiced in Prajnaparamita, it is not practiced, as it is said, starting from that. Why is that? Because the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices with manifest intention is not held by Prajnaparamita, as it is said. The difference of form is, why is that? World Honored One, thus, form is not something to be taken, and that which is not to be taken of form, that is also because of the emptiness of its own nature, form is not existent, as it is said, because form and so on are not to be taken, and it is said by preventing its own nature in it. This is the Samadhi Mandala of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, which is said to be that all dharmas are not to be taken, which is the crown jewel. It also obtains other Samadhi gatherings, so the Mandala is vast, which means the Dharma realm is vast, which means the Dharma realm is vast. Because of making it present, as it is said, it means that it abides in the present with the differences of object and form, etc. Determination is immeasurable, as it is said, it means that it is determined separately in all kinds of wisdom.

Therefore. The fact that śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas cannot take away everything is due to the differences in the object, aspect, cause, and retention as described above. The statement that all dharmas are not retained means that the Blessed One, the all-knowing one, does not retain them for the sake of emptiness and so on, as he immediately said. This is a small part that has become the peak for the time being. What is the middle one for? Blessed One, in this way, the all-knowing one should not take the characteristics, because afflictions arise from the characteristics. What are those characteristics? It is said that form is a characteristic, feeling is a characteristic, and so on. Thus, the characteristic of form is called the characteristic of form, which is impermanence and so on. Where is this? It is said that because of what, when impermanence or permanence is used as the characteristic of taking characteristics, it is not the use of prajñāpāramitā, therefore it should be said. Characteristics are the afflictions of bodhisattvas, so the absence of characteristics is the difference of the object. If prajñāpāramitā is also taken as a characteristic, then faith will not arise in this teaching of the materialist garland-maker. Thus, even he does not retain a small part of the dharma, it is for the sake of attending to the absence of characteristics, as it is said in between. The difference of aspect is that, in this way, by the way he realizes and attains that wisdom, he does not see it very much within, and so on. The difference of aspect is the different ways of preventing the seeing of that wisdom within and so on. What is that for? It is said that all dharmas that cannot be taken or abandoned are prajñāpāramitā, and what is said is based on this reason. The example of the garland-maker is that, because he is connected with non-Buddhists, although he does not have faith, he only manifests that meaning by the power of understanding, and it is for the sake of knowing it as freedom. The great one is the Blessed One, and again the bodhisattva mahāsattva with prajñā

Through the practice of Prajnaparamita, thus, this Prajnaparamita is destructive, meaning the aggregates, realms, and sources, such as form. Whose is this Prajnaparamita? Is it mine or the Dharma's, that is the meaning. Whose is this Prajnaparamita? Is it a substance, a quality, an action, or a lineage, that is the meaning. Thus, one should fully examine Prajnaparamita. Starting from "What Dharma does not exist and is not perceived, is that Prajnaparamita?", everything is imperceptible, close to its own nature, with the distinction of close examination, it is said to be the object of perception. The difference in aspects is: Venerable Shariputra, because of emptiness of the inner and so on, form is without and imperceptible, starting from here, because of emptiness of the inner and so on, up to the all-knowing, there is nothing and imperceptible. When a Bodhisattva Mahasattva thus contemplates and thinks, if the mind is not timid, not afraid, and not terrified, one should know that he has not separated from Prajnaparamita, as it is said. The root of virtue is the tip of shaking. The tip has been explained. The distinction of the object of forbearance, with all Dharmas as the object of non-self-nature, is: Venerable Shariputra, form is separated from the nature of form, starting from here, why is that? Venerable Shariputra, the nature of form is non-existent. What is said in between such as these. The nature of characteristics and the characteristics of nature, because of becoming each other's nature, the difference in aspects is: Venerable Shariputra, even in characteristics there is no nature of characteristics, and in the nature of characteristics there are no characteristics, as it is said. Among them, characteristics are generalities, and nature is other differences, if these natures contradict each other, because there is no connection, none will become the nature of any. If they are mutually compliant, then it is an imputed nature.
