Wishing to completely cover the vast wind mandala with the tip of a single finger, wishing to completely fill the entire expanse of the sky with a single hair tip, wishing to bind all mountains, including Mount Meru, with a single strand of hair, then lift and cast them into immeasurable worlds, wishing to behold with divine eyes all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, in all Buddha-fields of the ten directions, wishing to listen with divine ears to the Dharma they teach, wishing to know the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings, wishing to remember all their past lives, wishing to accomplish the superknowledge of knowing the exhaustion of defilements, wishing to manifest the true limit—this is what is called a Bodhisattva. Because they can accomplish the benefit of others without obstruction. Do not doubt the statement of binding mountains such as Mount Meru with a single strand of hair and then casting them into boundless worlds, for this shows the power of meditators and is an inconceivable Dharma. Sixteenth, possessing merit and wisdom is like a treasure trove. Wishing to satisfy all the immeasurable Buddhas and the assembly of Shravakas with a single alms offering, wishing to place those who have seen the truth from the fruit of stream-entry up to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment—this is what the great Bodhisattva speaks of, because they are like a treasure trove of many accumulations of merit and wisdom. Seventeenth, possessing Dharma that accords with the aspects of enlightenment is like a great path. Wishing to attain all the qualities of the Buddhas of the past, future, and present, wishing to transcend conditioned and unconditioned Dharmas—this is what the Bodhisattva speaks of, because they are the path traveled and followed by all noble beings. Eighteenth, possessing shamatha and vipashyana is like a vehicle.

If one wishes to go before all the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and wishes to become a member of all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and wishes to obtain the retinue of great Bodhisattvas, and wishes to perfect virtues, and wishes to settle beings in meritorious deeds arising from generosity, discipline, and meditation, and possessing respect and wealth, that is what is said to be a Bodhisattva. Because this is a union, it does not fall into either samsara or nirvana, therefore it is easily carried. The "inner retinue" is one who follows the wisdom that enters the secret realm of the Buddha, the Bhagavat, and enters the wisdom of subtle wisdom. Nineteenth, possessing dharani and fearlessness is like a river filled with water. Whatever the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the ten directions have spoken and will speak, such as the sutras and songs, and prophecies, and whatever is slightly shown, from the extremely vast to the rare, all of that one wishes to hear, wishes to hold, wishes to fully understand, wishes to truly realize, and also wishes to widely show to other beings, that is called a Bodhisattva. This is because he can hold water, can endlessly flow out, can lawfully hold the heard and unheard Dharma, and can flow out the ultimate and endless teachings. Twentieth, possessing the joy of Dharma is like a beautiful instrument. In each of the ten directions, in the space between worlds, for a long time in darkness, having illuminated it with the light of the body, then wishing to let the beings born there hear the sound of the Buddha, the sound of the Dharma, and the sound of the Sangha, and wishing to settle them in the correct view, that is what is said to be a Bodhisattva. Because he proclaims pleasant sounds to the disciples who desire liberation. The joy of Dharma is also of four kinds: individually discerning that all conditioned phenomena are impermanent, individually discerning that all contaminated phenomena are suffering, individually discerning that all phenomena are without self, and nirvana.

English

Transcending action is the individual realization of peace. The twenty-first, possessing the path of a single going, is like the continuation of a river. May beings in each of the ten boundless realms of the world, such as the blind, deaf, insane, naked, hungry, thirsty, and so on, and those who have fallen into the lower realms, be liberated from those sufferings and wish to obtain a human body, and may those also wish to rejoice in the aggregates seen by discipline, meditation, wisdom, liberation, and the wisdom of liberation, which is what is said to be a Bodhisattva. Because he has obtained forbearance of the unborn dharma, he enters naturally, and the single going itself is because the Bodhisattvas belonging to that ground do not differ in their actions for the benefit of others. The twenty-second, possessing the Dharmakaya, is like a cloud. It is also widely said that the Bodhisattva wishes to show the conduct of the Tathagata and wishes to see with the attitude of an elephant. Because he dwells in the Tushita heaven, he shows universally, so all the deeds for the benefit of sentient beings depend on it. In the third generation of mind, one should meditate on the nine impure perceptions, which are said to be the perception of swelling, the perception of being eaten by worms, the perception of being full of pus, the perception of being discolored, the perception of being offered, the perception of being eaten, the perception of being scattered, the perception of bones, and the perception of burning. Among them, after the end of life, in order, just as a bellows filled with wind swells high and swells, so it is the perception of swelling. The perception of swelling itself is the one who swells. Or because it is inconsistent, it is dirty and swollen, so it is called ā byā bhyāta ka (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), which appears as a distinguishing tool, dharma ta kā te is the one who swells. This is a euphemism for a corpse with such a nature. Similarly, it is also explained elsewhere that this is what should be expressed for things such as names. This is to show the continuation of the shape of that body to those who are attached to shapes.
