Well said! Well said! The Blessed One said that the Shravakas abide in the supreme state of freedom from affliction, and this teaching is similar to that. What is said below is: Among the sixteen moments of the path of seeing, what is said with regard to the moment of the forbearance of the knowledge of Dharma in suffering is: Subhuti, for example, the Prajnaparamita and the Bodhisattva, and their names, are merely designations. Subhuti, for example, what is called sentient being, sentient being, is merely a designation. Whatever is a designated dharma, there is no arising or ceasing except for the designation of name and symbol. And so on. The knowledge of Dharma in suffering is that whatever is a designated dharma, there is no arising or ceasing without understanding that it is merely designated by name and symbol. What is said is. The forbearance of the subsequent knowledge of suffering is: Subhuti, a great Bodhisattva, practicing the Prajnaparamita, does not truly see form as permanent or impermanent, and does not truly see samsara or nirvana. What is said is. The subsequent knowledge of suffering is: Why is that? Subhuti, for example, that great Bodhisattva does not discriminate or distinguish all those dharmas. And so on, what is said is. The forbearance of the knowledge of Dharma in the origin is: When he practices the Prajnaparamita, he deeply understands the nature of Dharma, and whatever is the nature of Dharma, it will not become universally afflicted or completely purified. What is said is. The knowledge of Dharma in the origin is that he understands that the Dharma arising from name and symbol is designated, so he will not become attached to form. He will not become attached to feeling. And so on, what is said is. The forbearance of the subsequent knowledge of the origin is that he will not become attached to the perfection of giving. He will not become attached to the perfection of discipline, and he will not become attached to skillful means.

Why is that? Because, like this, whatever is clung to, or by what is clung to, or the dharmas to which one clings, those are not existent. This is what was said. The subsequent knowledge of arising is that by practicing in that way, by perfecting the pāramitā of giving in that way, it will increase, and one will truly enter the faultless state of a bodhisattva. This is what was said. The forbearance of knowing the Dharma of cessation is that by practicing in that way, one will attain the irreversible ground. This is what was said, and it should be known that it is the eighth ground of a bodhisattva. The knowledge of the Dharma of cessation is that the great bodhisattva who practices in that way will completely perfect all the superknowledges, will make offerings to those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, will go to them, and will also hear the Dharma from them. This is what was said. The subsequent forbearance of knowledge of cessation is, "Subhuti, what do you think? Is what is called a bodhisattva a form bodhisattva? Or do you think that something other than form is a bodhisattva? Do you think that a bodhisattva has form? Or is there a bodhisattva in form? Do you think that formlessness is a bodhisattva?" and so on, this is what was said. Because it does not take from other terms, it prevents form and so on from being the entity of a bodhisattva. For the subsequent knowledge of cessation, "Subhuti, what do you think? What is the suchness of form, do you think that is a bodhisattva? Or do you think that something other than the suchness of form is a bodhisattva?" and so on, as before, what was said. For the forbearance of knowing the Dharma of the path, "Subhuti, what do you think? Is this called a bodhisattva a nominal term for form? Likewise, is form permanent by nature? Is it impermanent by nature? Is form happiness by nature? Is form suffering by nature?" and so on, "Is this called a bodhisattva a nominal term for the desired nature of form and the undesired nature of form?" This is what was said. For the path

As it is known, it is Subhuti, the Dharma cannot truly see the Dharmadhatu, the Dharmadhatu cannot truly see the Dharma, this is what the Blessed One said. Among them, the first is the Dharma of practice, which is the path; the second is the Dharma of result, which is Nirvana. These two also prevent each other from seeing, because their nature is inanimate. The forbearance of following knowledge on the path is Subhuti, the realm of form cannot truly see the Dharmadhatu, the Dharmadhatu cannot truly see the realm of form. Likewise, from the realm of feeling and the Dharmadhatu, to the realm of consciousness and the Dharmadhatu, and likewise from the realm of the eye and the Dharmadhatu, to the realm of the mind and the Dharmadhatu, all that prevents mutual seeing is what the Blessed One said. The former is intended to express the essence of practice, and now it is separate. Following knowledge on the path is Subhuti, the realm of the conditioned cannot truly see the realm of the unconditioned, the Dharmadhatu of the unconditioned cannot truly see the realm of the conditioned, as the Blessed One said. Thus, the realm of the conditioned and the unconditioned, which are said to be Samsara and Nirvana, all that prevents mutual seeing, following knowledge on the path, shows that Samsara and Nirvana are of the same nature. The instruction on the path of seeing has been explained. Furthermore, focusing on the instruction of the path of meditation, Subhuti, without the realm of the conditioned, the realm of the unconditioned cannot be established; without the realm of the unconditioned, the realm of the conditioned cannot be established, this is what the Blessed One said. Among them, the conditioned is the path, the unconditioned is abandonment, these two cannot be established as mutually different, therefore, the establishment of the path of meditation is imputed, not self-existent, because how does one manifest towards the seen object, because there is no difference in objects, thus it is shown. If one acts in this way, then all who practice the Prajnaparamita are without the aspect of objectification, and
