That is, for suffering, the forbearance of knowing the Dharma (Tibetan), for suffering, knowing the Dharma (Tibetan), for suffering, the forbearance of subsequent knowing (Tibetan), for suffering, subsequent knowing of the Dharma (Tibetan), these are the four moments focused on the truth of suffering. Similarly, it should also be applied to the truths of origin, cessation, and path. Among them, the forbearance of knowing the Dharma (Tibetan) and the eight moments of knowing the Dharma (Tibetan) are the antidotes to the afflictions that operate in the desire realm. The forbearance of subsequent realization (Tibetan) and the eight moments of subsequent knowing of the Dharma (Tibetan) are the antidotes to the afflictions that operate in the form and formless realms. Regarding this, it is said: "From the supreme Dharma of the world, the forbearance of knowing the Dharma (Tibetan) is without outflows." Therefore, having completely abandoned the moment of wisdom of subsequent realization on the path, what precedes it is the path of seeing, because the wisdom of subsequent realization itself is the completion of the path of seeing. In the sixteenth moment of mind, it is believed that there exists something to be known that did not exist before, but there is nothing to be seen, because forbearance itself is the nature of seeing. The subsequent knowing of the path, which is the path of cultivation completely gathered, should be clarified from the Abhidharma, that is: "Because of seeing what was not seen, it is the path of seeing, in which there are fifteen moments." It is said in the scriptures. Among them, the moment of forbearance itself, because it eliminates afflictions, is the nature of the uninterrupted path. The moment of wisdom is the nature of the path of liberation. In short, afflictions can be divided into five types, namely, those to be abandoned by suffering, origin, cessation, path, and cultivation. Among them, there are ten to be abandoned by seeing suffering, namely, desire, anger, pride, ignorance, and doubt, these five, and the view of the aggregates as self, the view of holding to extremes, wrong view, the view of holding views as supreme, and the view of holding to ethics and vows as supreme, these five, totaling ten. There are seven to be abandoned by seeing origin and seeing cessation, namely, those mentioned above, except for the view of the aggregates as self, the view of holding to extremes, and the view of holding to ethics and vows as supreme, the remaining

These are. There are eight things to be abandoned by seeing the path, namely those seven and the view of holding morality and asceticism as supreme. There are four things to be abandoned by meditation, namely desire, anger, pride, and ignorance, these are of the desire realm. In the form and formless realms as well, there are those same ones, except that anger is removed in all cases, leaving three remaining. Therefore, there are ninety-eight afflictions. That is: Those ten and seven, seven, eight, Except for the three two views, In desire, suffering and so on, Are gradually abandoned by seeing. Four are to be abandoned by meditation. Except for anger, those same ones, The form realm, formless, are the same. Thus, ninety-eight are desired. It is said. Among them, following the supreme worldly dharma, when the forbearance of knowing the dharma of suffering arises, the ten attainments of suffering that are practiced in the desire realm are abandoned, because it is the nature of wisdom itself, therefore it is the nature of seeing suffering. The suffering that is abandoned by the knowledge of the dharma of suffering is the nature of the determination of suffering that is completely seen by forbearance, and that also arises together with the corresponding ones and the attainment. Therefore, all forbearances are the nature of seeing suffering and so on, and all knowledges are of the nature of determination, these two abandon all afflictions in the manner of expelling thieves and closing doors. Similarly, when the forbearance of the subsequent knowledge of the dharma of suffering arises, the eighteen attainments of suffering that are practiced in the form and formless realms that are to be abandoned by seeing are abandoned, and the knowledge of the dharma of suffering also arises together with the corresponding attainment that is the same as that. When the forbearance of knowing the dharma of origination arises, the attainment of the seven afflictions that are practiced in the desire realm, which are the afflictions to be abandoned by it, is abandoned. The knowledge of the dharma also arises together with the corresponding attainment that is the same as that. When the forbearance of the subsequent knowledge of the dharma of origination arises, because the afflictions to be abandoned by it are those of the upper realm.
