Everything is the equality of extreme non-arising, and ultimately all dharmas are the equality of non-substantiality. This is widely proclaimed. In the Ornament of Wisdom Manifestation Entering the Buddha-field, it is also said: 'The ever-unborn dharma is the Thus-Gone One. All dharmas are like the Blissfully Departed One. Those with childish minds who grasp at marvels practice dharmas that do not exist in these worlds.' This is what is said. In the Bhagavan Mother Prajnaparamita, it is also said: 'Subhuti, form is emptiness by its very nature,' and from there, up to the aspect of consciousness, it is held as the characteristic of emptiness. In the Jewel Box, it is also said: 'Manjushri, are the dharmas of the Buddhas also non-dharmas?' It is said: 'Venerable Subhuti, there is nothing that truly arises among the dharmas of the Buddhas. Whatever arises should not be said to be the dharmata of dharmas.' Therefore, the Bhagavan said: 'All dharmas are non-dharmas.' Therefore, whatever is said is spoken with regard to the nature of the completely imputed. That is indeed the truth. If it is said that speaking of the nature of the completely imputed contradicts valid cognition, but it is held as the very reality by children, then in that case, birth and so on are completely imputed, so they contradict everything. Therefore, the unborn is established as the very reality. This is clearly stated by the Bhagavan in the Collection of True Dharmas: 'Son of good family, worldly people are attached to arising and ceasing. Therefore, the Thus-Gone One, with great compassion, teaches about arising and ceasing as a convention in order to abandon the place feared by worldly people, but in reality, no dharma arises.' Therefore, what is indicated by words such as unborn and emptiness is the non-dual reality itself. If someone says, 'Why is this non-duality not taught in the Vinaya and so on?' It is because of the weakness of diligence there. This is because of one's own.
