These are the order of wisdom dakinis and so on, in their respective order: Vaṃ (藏文, Devanagari: वं, Romanization: vaṃ, meaning: seed syllable), Bhrūṃ (藏文, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanization: bhrūṃ, meaning: seed syllable), Āṃ (藏文, Devanagari: आं, Romanization: āṃ, meaning: seed syllable), Hrīṃ (藏文, Devanagari: ह्रीं, Romanization: hrīṃ, meaning: seed syllable), Khaṃ (藏文, Devanagari: खं, Romanization: khaṃ, meaning: seed syllable), ངོ༌།. The heart mantras are: Oṃ Śrī Mahā-sukha-vajra-sattvā ḍākinī jāla-saṃbharaṃ hūṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). Oṃ Śrī Buddha ḍāka ala-la-la bhrūṃ āḥ ḍākinī jāla-saṃbharaṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). Oṃ Śrī Ratna ḍāka traṃ aḥ hūṃ ḍākinī jāla-saṃbharaṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). Oṃ Śrī Padma ḍāka hrīḥ ḍākinī jāla-saṃbharaṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). Oṃ Śrī Vajra ḍāka āḥ hūṃ phaṭ ḍākinī jāla-saṃbharaṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). Oṃ Śrī Viśva ḍāka hoḥ khaṃ āḥ hūṃ ḍākinī jāla-saṃbharaṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). Thus it is. Oṃ Khaṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal meaning). This is the mantra of the severed-birth mother for all activities. In the glorious Kālacakra, within the vajra tent, is the protective wheel with ten spokes. On the eastern, southern, western, and northern spokes are extreme power, causing dullness, causing stiffness, and causing pride. Their other names are: terminator of obstacles, terminator of wisdom, terminator of Yama, and terminator of lotus. On the spokes of fire and so on are: the one with the blue staff, the king of desire, the great powerful one, and the immovable one. On the upper spoke is the crown-turning king, and on the lower spoke is the king of harmful beauty. As it is also said in the Condensed Tantra: "Again, on the ten spokes of the wheel, one should meditate on the assembly of wrathful ones dwelling in the directions and non-directions." And in the Stainless Light it says: "The protective wheel, the wrathful ones and so on should be elaborated, for the purpose of protecting the ground of the mandala." These wrathful ones are those whose forms will be described. Inside the center of the protective wheel is the source of dharma, whatever sign arises outside of the Stainless Light is the boundless realm of space, and inside is the three-cornered source of wisdom dharma. Therefore, the outer realm of space itself should be meditated upon as the form of the source of dharma in the mandala. In the center of the source of dharma, on the mandalas of wind, fire, water, and earth, are Mount Meru, various aquatic plants, the moon, the sun, and the form of a black point, the mandala of Rāhu.
