Two points burning are considered intermediate. Three points like clouds are extremely inferior. A large amount of smoke is inauspicious. Difficult to burn, flames are broken, rough and black like the color of Pala tree, clear and like a bull's head, sparks flying and with a violent sound, a rotten smell is inauspicious, violent activities are auspicious. Thus, inauspicious signs accompanied by obstacles should be purified by offering smoke and protective circles in the fire, and by burning clarified butter seven times with the mantra for accomplishing all activities.
