Mara Mara, Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum, Phat Phat Phat. Om, Sumbhani Sumbha Hum. Grihna Grihna Hum. Grihna Paya Grihna Paya Hum. Anaya Ho, Bhagavan, Vidyaraja, Hum Phat. These ten mantras are for the east and so on, and for the powerful ones and so on, clockwise, above and below, and for the ten wrathful deities such as Yama's Destroyer, as spoken in the Vajra Tent of the Dakini. Om, Indra. Jama. Jala. Jakha. Bhuta. Bahni. Vau. Raksha. Chanda. Sujja. Mada. Pappa. Tala Batale. Atta Sappa Svaha. Idam Balim. Bhunj. Jigha Pulla. Dhupa. Mamsa. Pinga. Ambha. Sappa. Kajja Sada. Khanti Khuni Pheda Gada Svaha. Om, Akaro Mukham, Sarva Dharmanam, Adya Nutpannatvatat, Om Ah Hum Phat Svaha. This mantra is for Indra and so on. The Tibetan words Indra and so on represent the immeasurable beings of their respective directions. Gada means body. Here too, it should be known that the Torma ritual, which includes from the lord of those mandalas to the harm-doers, is also mentioned here. Here, the letters Hum in the mantras of the wrathful deities, and before the letters Hum Ah, one should recite Imam Balim, Grihna Grihna. The colors and hand symbols of the wrathful deities are like the mandala of the peaceful Vajra in the garland of complete yoga. Alas, the Torma ritual for all Vajra beings. This third part of the Torma ritual is also for the generation stage. In the completion stage, without the mind moving from wisdom and means, merely by thinking, inviting the nature of wisdom and means, offering the Torma that is inseparable from the taste of wisdom to the deities such as the lord of one's desired mandala, together with Indra and so on, is the Torma ritual. The extensive Torma rituals of Vajrasattva, Chakrasamvara, and the Wisdom Dakinis, as spoken in the Auspicious Perfect Union, and their vastness, colors, hand seals, and hand symbols, are described in great detail in the Ear of Instructions. It is also for the wrathful deities and Indra and so on.

Here, if from drawing the mandala of colored powders and so on, there is water erupting from below, and fire, wind, clouds, hail, humans, gods, asura hosts, elephants, and so on, harm in the form of obstacles done by gods or others such as humans, it is possible to occur. At that time, as in the ritual, one should visualize that the base, fence, net, arrow fence, and the ten wrathful ones abiding in the sky within the tent, abiding firmly at the tips of the rays, are blessed into a very terrifying ten-spoked wheel, yellow, turning clockwise, and that the mandala palace in the form of a celestial mansion abiding in the center of its hub is instantaneously and individually extremely stable. One should meditate on averting all obstacles with the vajra-nature ground and so on. Alternatively, for each individual near-obstacle, one should perform the activities of Hayagriva and so on. These have been clearly explained in the Ear of Secret Instructions, but are not mentioned here for fear of prolixity. If one constantly cultivates the samadhi of emptiness that is inseparable from great compassion, then immeasurable obstacles will also be pacified, and for that reason these steps are not necessary. If one meditates very firmly on the wheel of the mandala as being inseparable from emptiness, then all obstacles and other faults will be effortlessly eliminated, and will not even appear in dreams. For that reason, these steps are also not necessary. The ritual for averting obstacles. This is because in all activities such as torma, mandala, and purifying the ground, holding the vajra and so on comes first, so the characteristics of these will be described. Among them, the five-pronged vajra, divided into three equal parts, with the center at one-third of the way in the middle, is the hub, which is octagonal. The prongs are one-fourth, with the tips curved. The center below the prongs is round. The central prong is straight, with four sharp corners, and has three waistbands, shaped like a barleycorn. The distance between the tip of this and the tips of the prongs on the sides is one barleycorn, that is, all the prongs are equal to each other. The central prong is slightly longer. The bottom of the prongs is slightly thinner. The central prong is thicker than that. The upper prong is thinner than the lower part.
