Like a retinue of Shravakas, surrounded by wealth, out of compassion for all sentient beings, following the Dharani held by the Teacher, praising the following of each scripture. The Sugata in the charnel ground Cool Grove, and in terrifying places, the Bhikshus are one thousand two hundred and fifty, and the four retinues of the four Great Kings, all inquired for the sake of protection. The Cool Grove spoken by the Teacher, praise the scripture of the Cool Grove. The Sugata in Shravasti Jeta Grove, when residing, Brahma and others, all inquired for the sake of protecting the three thousand worlds, granting the manner of not speaking. The Teacher spoke of the lineage of secret mantras, prostrating and praising its scripture. The Dharani of Eight Goddesses, spoken by Vajrapani to Manjushri, prostrating and praising the Dharani of Eight Goddesses. The Bhagavan in Rajagriha Vulture Peak, when a thousand Bhikshus resided in the charnel ground, inquired by Vajrapani, the Dharani of the All-Gathering Victorious One, praising the scripture of the Victorious One. The Bhagavan in the Jeweled Pavilion, with thirty-five thousand Bodhisattvas, and five hundred twenty thousand Bhikshus, when residing, the Dharani given by the Bhagavan for the sake of protecting the Bhutas, held by Vajradhara, praising the Dharani that bewilders like fire. The Bhagavan in Rajagriha Light Grove, in the place of Bird Kalandaka, after the son of the gods Chandana was born, the Bhikshu inquired of the Bhagavan, therefore the Bhagavan spoke, praising the Dharani of the Good Night Goddess. The Bhagavan in Rajagriha, with five hundred twenty thousand Bhikshus, and Bodhisattva gods and others, Avalokiteshvara and Chandraprabha, and Chandana spoke of the limbs, prostrating and praising the limbs of Chandana. The Bhagavan in Shravasti Jeta Grove, in the garden of Anathapindika, with two hundred fifty thousand Bhikshus, the Bhagavan spoke to Ananda, prostrating to the Great Dharani. The glorious one bestows the mind of enlightenment, Praise to the Avalokiteśvara-mother dhāraṇī, spoken by Samantabhadra. The glorious one enters into the vajra, blessed by Vajrapāṇi, spoken by Vajragarbha, I prostrate and praise the Vajra-vidāraṇa dhāraṇī. The glorious one dwells in the holy land's cave, Indra destroys the activities of life. The glorious one speaks of its meaning, Praise to the dhāraṇī that subdues interruptions. In the glorious Dharma-division monastery, when hundreds of millions of bodhisattvas and hundreds of thousands of myriads are together, the glorious one, for the great assembly of bodhisattvas, speaks for the benefit of many beings, Praise to the Buddha-heart dhāraṇī. When the glorious one went and stayed in the body-manifesting cave in Magadha, Indra went there with the asuras, and the glorious one spoke when asked to wage war, Praise to the dhāraṇī of giving fearlessness. When the glorious one turned the Dharma wheel with the assembly of gods in a garden by the ocean, He spoke to the pure gods, Praise to the Buddha-heart dhāraṇī. When the glorious one was surrounded by hundreds of thousands of monks and bodhisattvas in the Jeta Grove in Śrāvastī, He spoke to Śāriputra, Praise to the initiation dhāraṇī. When the glorious one was surrounded by hundreds of thousands of monks on Vulture Peak in Rājagṛha, and ninety-nine hundred million bodhisattvas and pure gods, Avalokiteśvara spoke, Praise to the Samantabhadra dhāraṇī. When the glorious one was on a white good-law slab in the Thirty-three Heavens, after Indra was defeated by the asuras, He asked the glorious one, who spoke, The dhāraṇī of the banner's crest, the arm ornament, I also prostrate to that dhāraṇī.
