愿令欢喜，愿刹那刹那无碍进入一切佛刹。顶礼供养皈依世尊、如来、应供、正等觉药师琉璃光王。念诵七遍“顶礼、供养、皈依”。此时，供养所有供品。如今，在诸佛菩萨云集的面前，听闻如来药师琉璃光王之名，忆念于心，念诵七遍，以顶礼、供养等威力，愿我等一切有情，皆如药师琉璃光王往昔之殊胜愿力，身具大丈夫相三十二种，妙好八十随形好，身体得到圆满庄严。愿如我一般，一切有情亦如是。愿身之光芒，照耀无量无边的世界，光明、闪耀、明亮。愿身如琉璃宝，内外清净，无垢光明，肢体宽广明亮，光辉灿烂， 安住稳固，胜过日月之光网，得到圆满庄严。愿如如来药师琉璃光王一般，无论何处有情众生，生于世间，或于此人间，夜间处于黑暗之中，于不同方向游走者，皆因我之光芒，欢喜自在游走，成办诸事。如来药师琉璃光王之智慧与方便不可思议，愿我等无量无边的有情众生，皆具无尽受用，无有任何困乏。愿我等一切已入恶道，或已入声闻、缘觉道之有情，皆能进入大乘无上道。愿我等一切众生

May it bring joy and may it enter all Buddha-fields without hindrance moment by moment. I prostrate, make offerings, and take refuge in the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the King of Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru. Repeat seven times "I prostrate, make offerings, and take refuge." At this time, offer whatever offerings are available. Now, in the presence of the assembled Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, having heard the name of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, remembering it in our minds, reciting it seven times, through the power of prostrations, offerings, and so on, may all sentient beings, including ourselves, in accordance with the special aspirations of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru in the past, have bodies well adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great being and the eighty minor marks of excellence. Just as I am, may all sentient beings be the same. May the rays of light from our bodies illuminate countless and immeasurable realms of the world, becoming bright, radiant, and clear. May our bodies be like the precious jewel of lapis lazuli, perfectly pure inside and out, stainless and luminous, with limbs that are vast and clear, blazing with glory and splendor, well-established, and adorned with networks of light that surpass the sun and moon. May we become like the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, so that wherever sentient beings are born in the world, or in this human world, in the darkness of night, those who wander in different directions, may they, through my light, wander joyfully and freely, accomplishing all their tasks. Because the wisdom and skillful means of the Tathagata Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru are immeasurable, may all sentient beings, including ourselves, in immeasurable realms, possess inexhaustible resources, and may no one be in any kind of distress. May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who have entered evil paths, or who have entered the paths of Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, enter the unsurpassed path of the Great Vehicle. 愿一切众生直至菩提究竟，皆以三戒所摄持，戒律无损。愿无人破戒而堕恶趣。愿我等众生中，身形丑陋、根不具足、颜色不悦、痴呆、肢体残缺、驼背、白癜风、瞎子、聋子、哑巴、疯子以及身患疾病者，所有业障皆得清净，皆能根 पूर्ण具足，肢体 पूर्ण पूर्ण。愿所有为各种疾病所困扰、无依无靠、无怙无佑、缺乏生活必需品和药物、没有亲友、贫穷困苦的众生，其所有疾病皆得平息。愿直至菩提究竟，皆能无病无害，安住于资具 पूर्ण पूर्ण。愿所有被女性的百种过失所困扰、不喜女身、渴望从女性身份中解脱的女子，皆能脱离女身。愿直至菩提究竟，皆能具足男根。愿我等一切众生皆能从魔的束缚中完全解脱。愿舍弃见解各异、互不相容、纷繁杂乱的异见，安住于正见。愿菩提之行 पूर्ण पूर्ण。愿我等众生中，所有因 राजा的恐惧而 डरने वाले，所有被囚禁、鞭打、监禁、应被处决、被 अनेक折磨、不骄慢、身语意为痛苦所困扰者，皆能以我的福德力，从一切损害中完全解脱。愿我等众生中，所有遭受饥渴之火煎熬、努力寻找食物、造作罪业者，皆能以色、香、味 पूर्ण पूर्ण的饮食而饱足，之后安立于 अत्यंत सुखदायक的法味之中。愿我等众生中，所有赤身裸体、无衣蔽体、贫穷困苦、遭受寒冷和炎

May all beings, until the ultimate of enlightenment, be bound by the three vows, and may their discipline be without blemish. May no one enter into wrong discipline and go to bad destinies. May all beings, including myself, who have bad bodies, incomplete faculties, unpleasant complexions, are dull-witted, have defective limbs, are hunchbacked, have vitiligo, are blind, deaf, mute, insane, and those afflicted with diseases in their bodies, may all their karmic obscurations be purified, and may all have complete faculties and perfect limbs. May all beings who are afflicted by various diseases, without refuge, without protection, without necessities and medicine, without relatives, poor and suffering, may all their diseases be completely pacified. May they be without disease and without harm until the ultimate of enlightenment, and may they abide in abundance of resources. May all women who are afflicted by the hundred faults of women, who do not like the female form, who desire to be liberated from the female state, may all of them be transformed from the female form. May they possess male faculties until the ultimate of enlightenment. May all beings, including myself, be completely liberated from the snare of the demons. May they abandon differing views, incompatible and confused disagreements, and abide in the correct view. May the great conduct of enlightenment be perfected. May all beings, including myself, who are frightened by the fear of kings, those who are imprisoned, beaten, put in dungeons, worthy of being killed, tormented by many causes, without arrogance, whose bodies, speech, and minds are afflicted by suffering, may they all be completely liberated from all harm by the power of my merit. May all beings, including myself, who are tormented by the blazing fire of hunger and thirst, who strive to find food, who perform sinful deeds, be satisfied with food and drink that are full of color, smell, and taste, and afterwards be established in the bliss of the taste of dharma. May all beings, including myself, who are naked, without clothing, poor, suffering, suffering from cold and heat,
