蜂、蚊和肉蝇等日夜感受痛苦之辈，以其所用之衣物，变作适宜之各色颜彩；珍宝饰品、精美之物、花环、涂香、乐器之声、钹和手鼓等，愿令众生之心愿皆得圆满。愿具足圣者欢喜之戒律的喜悦，愿不住于烦恼之苦，而安住于解脱之乐。从此命终之后，亦于如来药师琉璃光王佛之佛土中，于莲花心座之狮子宝座上化生， 且一生出，便现前陀罗尼和三摩地等一切功德之聚。从无上导师药师琉璃光王等十方一切佛处，如实领受教言，令其心欢喜，且于刹那刹那间，无碍进入一切佛土。顶礼、供养、皈依导师薄伽梵如来应供正等觉释迦牟尼佛。如是念诵七遍。此时献供。今于诸佛菩萨眷属云集之圣众前，忆念如来释迦牟尼佛之名号，念诵七遍，以顶礼和供养等之威力，祈愿导师薄伽梵如来释迦牟尼佛，救护我等一切众生，彼等为业障重重遮蔽，为种种疾病所困扰，为种种忧伤和痛苦所折磨，以及贫困者。为了天人和人类的利益，为了医药和安乐，祈愿七如来之善巧方便和往昔愿力之殊胜，加持我等。吉祥颂中如是说：文殊，因此，凡欲成办一切功德者，当于无杂染之情况下，受持七如来之名号。日念三遍，夜念三遍，恭敬信奉，亦塑造佛像，献上鲜花等。

May the bees, mosquitoes, and flies, who experience suffering day and night, transform their worn-out clothes into suitable colors; may all beings' wishes be fulfilled by precious ornaments, exquisite things, garlands, perfumes, musical sounds, cymbals, and hand drums. May they possess the joy of the precepts that please the noble ones, and may they dwell in the bliss of liberation, free from the torment of afflictions. After passing away from here, may they also be reborn in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Medicine Buddha Bhaisajyaguru, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, miraculously born on a lotus heart seat, a lion throne, and as soon as they are born, may they manifest all the collections of qualities such as dharanis and samadhis. From the unsurpassed teacher, Medicine Buddha Bhaisajyaguru, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, may they receive the correct teachings and make their hearts rejoice, and may they enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in an instant. Homage, offerings, and refuge to the teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly enlightened Buddha, glorious Shakyamuni Buddha. Repeat this seven times. At this time, make offerings. Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, remembering the name of the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha and reciting it seven times, by the power of prostrations and offerings, may the teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha, protect all beings, who are obscured by various karmic obscurations, afflicted by various diseases, tormented by various sorrows and sufferings, and impoverished. For the benefit of gods and humans, for medicine and happiness, may the skillful means of the Seven Tathagatas and the excellence of their past aspirations bless us. The auspicious song says: Manjushri, therefore, those who wish to accomplish all qualities should, without contamination, uphold the names of the Seven Tathagatas. Recite them three times during the day and three times during the night, respectfully believe in them, and also create Buddha images, offering flowers, etc.

Offerings should be made with incense, butter lamps, scented oils, food, and musical sounds, etc. One should closely observe the upavasatha vows with eight branches. Having purified oneself for seven days, one should dwell in a clean place and make aspirations to be born in that Buddha-field. One should cultivate loving-kindness and compassion towards all sentient beings, and so forth. Furthermore, one should recite: Tadyatha, Ghume Ghume. Imine, Mihi, Mati Mati, Sapta Tathagata, Samadhyadhisthite, Ate Mate, Pale Papam Shodhani, Sarva Papam Nashaya, Mama Buddhe Buddhotame, Ume Kume, Buddha Kshetra Parishodhani, Dhame Ni Dhame, Meru Meru, Meru Shikhare, Sarva Akala Mrityu, Nivarani, Buddhe Su Buddhe, Buddha Adhisthitena, Rakshantu Me, Sarva Devah, Same Asame, Samanvaharantu Me, Sarva Buddha, Bodhisattva, Shame Shame, Prashamantu Me, Sarva Ityupadrava Vyadhayah Purani Purani Puraya Me, Sarva Ashaya Vairurya Pratibhase, Sarva Papam Kshayam Kari Svaha. If any son or daughter of good family holds, reads, or makes offerings to this Dharani of the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, and recites it one thousand and eight times, then all the Tathagatas will remember them, all the Bodhisattvas will think of them, all the Vajradharas will truly protect them, and all the gods, Brahma, Indra, and the Four Great Kings will jointly protect them. All karmic obscurations, including the five inexpiable sins, will be completely purified, all crops will not be destroyed by hail, they will live long, they will be completely liberated from all fears of untimely death, and all death, enemies, harm from monasteries, fighting, disputes, and wars will be completely pacified. They will not be controlled by any enemies, and all their thoughts and wishes will be completely fulfilled. As these words were spoken, all of them are for the benefit of so-and-so, according to the ritual from the sutra, in front of the assembly of the Seven Tathagatas and the Sugatas, making offerings, prayers, and reciting the dharani mantra.
