From that, it is certainly also so. That which is to be spoken, that is said. The secret mantra without yoga, thus the fruit is not shown. The words of the secret mantra are the secret mantra, therefore one should not be without yoga. The name that is spoken is the designation, the means of attainment is the teaching, with words such as 'by that,' the dharani will appear from below. 'This' that is spoken is the object to be spoken. Grasping is accepted from the meaning. Pride is manifest attachment, because there is no object, it is not here. Not unpleasant, both are pleasant. That which is pleasant is also accepted as two kinds. All phenomena are gathered by the capable one into four aspects. Harmful thoughts, delusion, desire, etc., arise from that door. The means of abandonment is for the sake of accomplishment, these are shown to be without substance. Here, what is to be attained is attainment, these are indeed cultivation, what is to be abandoned is abandonment, all increase is accepted as being so. Therefore, that yogi, from listening, thinking, etc., the knowledges that arise, at no time, the conditioned and unconditioned dharmas, these do not combine attainment, etc. Or the combinations of small, medium, and large, do not combine. Likewise, the paths of defiled learning, etc., also do not combine. The predispositions of causes and conditions or attachment, etc., together with those, here are to be known as concordant, from reversal they are not together. With knowledge without aspects, it is not proper to grasp the object. Because the aspect is not valid, and because it is not proper, it is not one or the other. The increase of body and bodilessness, two aspects of substance and non-substance. Because of the nature of abiding in dependence, it is spoken together with the incompatible. Truly, whatever the nature of the two bodies is not seen, that itself is the recollection of the Buddha, which dispels all conceptualizations. Because it arises dependent on conditions, whatever is unborn like an illusion. If one thinks of form, etc., as true, that is not the Thus-Gone One. Because there is nothing to be negated, truly the unnegated is manifest. Therefore, if one examines formlessness, etc., that is not the Thus-Gone One. Therefore, it is to be known that neither is nor is not, and the one or the other is negated. Therefore, those two, did not make separate negations. Thus it is.

If there is no conceptual thought, then the Dharmakaya is seen. Remembering the Buddha, the all-knowing one, is the basis of perfect qualities. The Sambhogakaya, the body of perfect enjoyment, has been described in twenty aspects. The other (aspect) should be known as eighteen. Here, these two have four activities. The results of those activities are six. Their nature is twofold, and the causes are seven. Having abided in equanimity, one should meditate on them. Or else, the Sambhogakaya, with its causes and results. In reality, what is not seen? That is the remembrance of the Buddha. Perfect enjoyment is twenty, and the results are established as twenty-two. Its causes are fifteen, for whose sake does one strive? How, in what, with what difference? The contaminated (one), another with difference? Two kinds of actions should be known. The remaining ones are as previously stated. It is the cause of entering the ground. When is it not obtained from this? Then it is uniquely determined as the nature of the Buddha. When the ground of Buddhahood is obtained, at all times and places, if the deeds of Mara are completely abandoned, then one will not turn away from obtaining the ground of Dharani. What other thing is there to be obtained? Or else, with faith as the foremost, desires and so on, acting freely, in due order. These five names have been spoken in accordance with their meaning. By truly showing the result, those who are tamed will also enter, therefore the capable one, with compassion, truly proclaimed the benefits. The freedom of following with Dharma and faith, this has two benefits. The Victorious One has said, the former is the former, and the latter is the latter. Or else, both benefits, of following with Dharma and faith, the latter is a designation of the former. The two of the latter are real. Strength and the other shore are from the latter, fearlessness, qualities, and so on, doors of liberation and clairvoyance, and the immeasurable ones with Dharani doors. What is to be accomplished by those immeasurable methods? Therefore, for accomplishing the immeasurable and so on, it is proclaimed as Dharani. Here, it is either the Dharani of meaning, or it shows the meaning of Dharani. In this collection of letters, it is meant to be called Dharani. The knowledge arising from hearing and so on, possessing small and medium and so on, after obtaining the meaning of Dharani, one will become a Bodhisattva.
