具足天人及非天，恒常供养是应理， 此真实语于此地，现今吉祥愿安乐。 四方美名愿宣扬。 祈愿文： 嗡 善逝种姓与金刚种姓， 宝生莲花事业之种姓， 种种姓之胜者与， 物之众聚祈垂念。 无始业力相续中， 所积善根凡所有， 此陀罗尼之威力与， 明咒手印之谛实力， 此秘密咒语之加持， 无漏智慧光明之庄严， 如虚空际般广大， 愿速疾得生。 眼与耳之现量智， 以及知晓他人心意， 知晓前后生之处， 以及变化种种神通， 愿即刻获得。 水上行走与速疾行， 眼药宝瓶与宝藏， 持剑于虚空行走， 隐身变化身愿获得。 地下行走与见宝藏， 获得精华长寿与， 转变他人身根， 容貌端严无老愿获得。 息增怀与诛伏之， 利益有情种种所欲事， 各自如其所应分， 愿无碍成办。 若因懈怠之缘故而迷失， 虽未速疾获得殊胜果， 愿得善趣高处天人胜位与， 具法域中人身。 彼后未得无上菩提前， 业力轮转三有中，无论生于何处， 纵然身与命消逝， 亦愿不舍无上菩提心。 未得无上菩提之前， 于身与命无有贪执， 如头燃般具正念， 愿大精进恒常不间断。 为自他利益成就菩提， 无有障碍唯有精进外， 世间之中刹那顷， 愿我不作无意义散乱。 生生世世修持正法， 不为不善他人所左右， 愿生无疾病之障碍， 出生即与佛法相遇。 不离殊胜善知识， 与精进瑜伽之友相伴， 与无过失心与行持相合者，

With gods and demigods, always worthy of offering, May this truth bring happiness and well-being to this place today. May praises be proclaimed in the four directions. Prayer: Om, the Tathagata lineage and the Vajra lineage, The Ratna, Padma, and Karma lineages, Victors of all kinds of lineages, And assemblies of substances, please consider me. From the beginningless stream of karma, Whatever merit has been accumulated, And the power of this dharani mantra, And the truth of the vidya mantra mudra, Through the blessings of this secret mantra, The ornament of stainless wisdom light, Vast as the expanse of the sky, May it be born swiftly. The direct perception of eyes and ears, And knowing the minds of others, Knowing past and future births, And transforming into various miracles, May they be obtained right now. Walking on water and swift travel, Eye medicine, vase, and treasure, Holding a sword and walking in the sky, May invisibility and transformation be attained. Walking underground and seeing treasures, Finding essences and living long, Transforming the bodies and senses of others, May a beautiful appearance and agelessness be attained. Through pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, Whatever various deeds are desired to benefit beings, Each according to their own share, May they be accomplished without hindrance. If, due to laziness, one goes astray, Even if the supreme fruit is not quickly attained, May one attain the supreme state of gods in the higher realms of happy migrations, And a human body in a central land endowed with Dharma. Thereafter, until unsurpassed enlightenment is attained, Wherever one is born in the three realms due to the wheel of karma, Even if body and life are lost, May the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment never be abandoned. Until unsurpassed enlightenment is attained, Without attachment to body and life, With mindfulness like a fire burning on one's head, May great diligence be continuous and uninterrupted. For accomplishing enlightenment for the benefit of oneself and others, Without obstacles and only with diligence, In this world, even for a moment, May I not be distracted by meaningless things. In all lifetimes, for practicing the sacred Dharma, May I not be controlled by the unwholesome others, May there be no obstacles of illness in life, And may one encounter the Dharma immediately upon birth. May one not be separated from the noble spiritual friends, May one associate with diligent yogi companions, And may one be in harmony with those whose minds and actions are faultless,

May I not be attached to the inferior places of the world, may the nature of Bodhi become the cause for attaining Bodhi. May great wisdom, great compassion, and so on, not be separated from us in all our lifetimes, and may we enter the gates of many liberations. Except for the realm of skillful means, may we not be attached to kingship, heavenly pleasures, relatives, and all five objects of desire, and may we not be attached to anything with supreme wisdom. When practicing in samsara for the benefit of others, may we practice the Bodhisattva path among beings through various practices of skillful means such as the four means of gathering and the Paramitas. Likewise, other aspirations should also be made. This is the order of offering the mandala. Then, repeatedly smear the stupa with fragrant water, draw lines as before, and draw all the palaces of the gods and all the doors, etc. Place bouquets of flowers on the lotus and the moon, equal to the number of deities. Imagine that hundreds of millions of Buddha-fields are filled with unspeakable mandala palaces, and imagine each tsa-tsa as a mandala. Place bouquets equal to the number of deities, placing one hundred, one thousand, ten thousand, one hundred thousand, or even one million. Place more than one hundred thousand tsa-tsas inside one stupa. Then, take out one thousand or all of the relics, close all the doors, and smear them well. This is the order of placing tsa-tsas. After that, insert many skewers on all surfaces of the stupa, and decorate it with garlands of flowers and banners, etc. in the manner of garlands. Make four offering mandalas in the four directions of the stupa, and arrange actual offerings such as water, as well as objects of desire, jewels, wheels, horses, elephants, consorts, ministers, soldiers, etc., made in the manner of creation, and offer them with verses and mantras. Recite four sutras in the four directions. After that, recite the heart mantra and circumambulate the stupa one hundred and eight times, recite auspicious verses and make aspirations. This stupa is a great stupa, the heart of jewels pervading all of space.
