The term "assembly" means following in the footsteps of the teacher in order to make the Dharma great and the teachings flourish. Among them, the retinue that generates faith in the Dharma is Brahma. The retinue that subdues opponents is Vishnu. The retinue that upholds the teachings is the Great自在天. And so on, the retinue of the excellent patrons is Indra, the retinue that satisfies the trainees with the fruit of patience is the twin gods, the retinue that controls various magical powers is the Joyful Gods, the retinue that is free from attachment to desires is the Other-Creating Gods, the gods of the form realm who are particularly free from attachment to desires, and the retinue of the thirty-three gods who show the status of lineage, the retinue that protects those who uphold the Dharma is the Great King and his retinue. There are three unique methods: the retinue of gathering is Vajrapani and courage joined as one. The retinue of listening is respectful and inseparable. Not turning away from the time of the trainees is the unique method. Abiding also has three aspects: the abiding of the body is walking, standing, and sleeping like a lion. The abiding of speech is: although only one word is spoken, many people can understand it individually. The voice is uttered in a way that the faculties of the superior, intermediate, and inferior are never interrupted. The abiding of the mind has two aspects: the generation of mind that is in accordance with worldly people, and entering into any samadhi, even ants and other small insects can understand the mind of the Bhagavan, which is abiding in the inner correct concentration. Entering into absorption has three aspects: entering into absorption with the four dhyanas in accordance with the way of the gods; entering into the absorption of Brahma with the four immeasurables; and entering into the absorption of the noble ones with the three liberations. The word ते(梵文天城体,te,梵文罗马拟音,te,that) indicates that the abiding itself is in the past. When many retinues gather, if there is discord, in order to generate an antidote, know that it is the retinue that creates obstacles, that is, Mara. Therefore, that is the retinue of the trainees. Then, when the Bhagavan taught the Dharma in the abode of Tushita, all the sons of the gods of the desire and form realms gathered together and received the blessings of the Bhagavan's path of magical power. Therefore, it is the自在 of Dharani.

As stated in the Sutra Requested by King Rich, a great jewel house was emanated from the heavenly abode of Tushita (dga' ldan), and numerous jewel staircases extended from all the heavenly abodes. Eighty kotis of different kinds of body rays were manifested, and all the assemblies of gods from the immeasurable realms of the three thousand great thousand worlds gathered here, up to this point. The Dharma spoken there is solely this extensive secret mantra of the meaning of the six perfections. These six perfections are as follows: The perfection of generosity is when a bodhisattva abiding in the nature of a bodhisattva, relying on the mind of bodhichitta, with a mind preceded by compassion, completely gives away all possessions, which is the action of body, speech, and mind. By doing so, the characteristics of the perfection of generosity can be understood through lineage, aspiration, thought, object, and essence. For example, the nature of a bodhisattva is lineage. The mind of bodhichitta is aspiration. The mind preceded by compassion is thought. Completely giving away all possessions is the object. The action of body, speech, and mind is the essence. Similarly, it should be understood in the same way up to the perfection of wisdom. This is the distinction: For the perfections of discipline, patience, and diligence, it should be said in order that completely taking and guarding all vows, accepting harm, not minding suffering, and perfectly accomplishing all virtuous dharmas are the actions of body, speech, and mind. For the perfection of meditation, one possesses mastery over all aspects of the actions of body, speech, and mind, and all types of abodes of the mind. For the perfection of wisdom, it should be said that with mastery over all aspects of the actions of body, speech, and mind, one is able to completely distinguish dharmas in various ways. All the rest should be understood as the nature of generosity. Whatever is generosity arises from all-knowing wisdom.
