Holding a lotus in a posture of great bliss and compassion. Such is the wrathful king Hayagriva, with a red body, possessing the essence of true qualities because he is not tainted by the faults of afflictions. He arises from the syllable དྷ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari dhā, Romanized Sanskrit dha, holding) of the Bodhicitta, hence he is called དྷ་ར་བཛྲ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari dhārabajra, Romanized Sanskrit dharabajra, Holding Vajra). If one meditates as described later, it will be auspicious. The meaning of Hayagriva has been explained. He who cuts off all mantras, he who subdues all mantras, he who destroys all actions. That is, with the wisdom nature of diligence, he cuts off all harm from external adversaries, cuts off harm from practitioners, cuts off reversal methods, and cuts off harm from suffering. Abiding in the state of subduing all, he completely perfects all qualities without exception. As a symbol of destroying all that is not the essence of wisdom, the wrathful one, with the swirling nectar, knows the qualities of the Bodhicitta's nature, the various activities of primordial purity. He arises from the root syllable, hence he is said to be དྷ་ར་ཡ་བཛྲ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari dhārayabajra, Romanized Sanskrit dharayabajra, Holding Yabajra). To accomplish this, one should trade in goods and implements, etc. If one performs this action, one will be liberated from all types of curses. The meaning of the swirling nectar has been explained. Now, the meaning of Yamantaka will be explained. He who destroys all actions of others, he who annihilates all demons, he who liberates from all demons, that is, with the wisdom of great compassion, he destroys all external adversaries without exception, and transforms them into the nature of Bodhicitta, hence it is said that he destroys all actions of others. With the feet of the wisdom of great compassion, he subdues and liberates the eighty-four thousand demons, hence it is said that he annihilates all demons. He tames the various practitioners who cause harm, obstructors of virtue, and liberates other various miserable beings from the theft of life and splendor, hence it is said that he liberates from all demons. Holding the symbolic part of that, is the wrathful king Yamantaka. To accomplish this, one should meditate on the palace from the Samadhi vase བྷྲུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari bhrūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit bhrum, seed syllable). Root

Visualize the seed syllable as the nature of Bodhicitta. From there, it dissolves into light and becomes the nature of Bodhicitta. Visualize the wisdom deities blazing in the heart essence and ornaments, dissolving into light and merging with the ornaments and heart essence, becoming non-dual. Visualize the inconceivable magical powers of wisdom manifesting and bestowing various siddhis. I enter the Samadhi of Yamāntaka. Whatever of the four activities is performed, transform it into its respective color, and by empowering with the vase, it is said that everything will be accomplished. Generate Daha Vajra (藏文:ད་ཧ་བཛྲ,梵文天城体:दह वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:daha vajra,汉语字面意思:Daha Vajra) from the root syllable 'Da'. If recited many times, it will become auspicious. The meaning of Yamāntaka has been explained. Now, the meaning of Ṭakkirāja (藏文:ཊཀྐི་རཱ་ཛ,梵文天城体:टक्किराज,梵文罗马拟音:ṭakkirāja,汉语字面意思:Ṭakkirāja) will be explained: He who summons all bhutas, and causes all vidyā-mantra activities to be performed, is a bhuta because the conceptualizations of sentient beings arise from perverse and distorted views. Because it arises from the method of making objects such as six cotton threads wrapped around the neck, it is a bhuta. Because he summons them, he is shown to be the nature of Ṭakkirāja. With skillful means and compassion, he summons the bhutas of the three realms. Having subdued all lineages, he employs them in the cycle of existence. Therefore, it is said that he summons all bhutas. Furthermore, because he has mastered the activities of the Tathāgatas, he also causes all activities to be performed and shows them to others, and because he possesses the ability to practice, it is said that he causes all vidyā-mantra activities to be performed. In order to accomplish this, visualize the vase as 'Ra', dissolving into light, and visualize it as the nature of Ṭakkirāja. Visualize the water inside as 'Ra', dissolving into light, and visualize it as the Bodhicitta moon mandala. Visualize the ornaments of the vase as 'Ya', dissolving into light, and visualize the magical powers of Samadhi manifesting. It is said that if the vase that has been blessed in this way is used to perform various activities, they will be accomplished. The meaning of Ṭakkirāja has been explained. Now, the meaning of Great Power will be explained: He who causes the unaccomplished to be accomplished, he who causes the accomplished not to be wasted, and he who bestows all desires. If one practices through some means, he will cause the unaccomplished to be accomplished, he will not allow the accomplished activities to be wasted, and he will completely bestow all desires.
