Indeed. The phrase "power of the Buddha" refers to the ability to generate the manifestation of the mandala through the blessing of the Bhagavan alone. The phrase "blessing of the Buddha" refers to the blessing of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions. The phrase "blessing of all Bodhisattvas" refers to the blessing of whatever power the Bodhisattvas abiding on the great earth possess. Alternatively, the term Bodhisattva means: For the sake of obtaining nectar, the path is not interrupted; abandon the evil path and devote yourself to the path; make sentient beings with wrong views understand. Therefore, it is called a Bodhisattva. It is said in this way. The phrase "arising from the Vajra Wrathful One" means that they are emanated from one's own body into the four directions. This is what it shows: By the blessing of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the body, speech, and mind of Vajrapani are blessed, generating the power to manifest the mandala, and he himself also enters into the samadhi of manifesting the mandala. The Wrathful Vajra Tummo is dark purplish-black in color, with an angry, frowning face. The right hand holds a one-pointed vajra, and the left hand raises a threatening mudra at the heart. It is taken out from the heart and placed in the direction of the Lord of Power. Then, the Wrathful Vajra Kīlī Kīlaya, is greenish-black in color, with a fiercely furrowed brow. The right hand holds a one-pointed vajra, taken out from the heart and placed in the fire direction. Then, the Wrathful Vajra Becon, is dark blue in color, the right hand holding Yama's Becon. It is taken out from the heart and placed in the direction of the Reality Boundary. Then, the Wrathful Vajra Thopa, is black in color, the right hand holding a vajra thopa, taken out from the heart and placed in the direction of the wind god. The rest is as before. It is thought that these are the meanings to be realized. Having thus shown the manifestation of the self-nature mandala, if one asks what its nature is like, intending to show that, Vajra Heart spoke, and so on, it is said. Wisdom...

Because of possessing the wisdom of the earth, it is Vajra Essence, which is Vajrapani himself. The term 'said' means that all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, having blessed, state what comes from below upwards. If someone says, 'If Vajrapani himself spoke, then it contradicts the statement 'Where I have heard it',' the answer is that it is a blessing, so there is no contradiction. It is like the venerable Shariputra speaking through the power of the Buddha. If that is the case, is it still the same? No, previously it was spoken after being blessed by the Tathagata, and later it was a summary of the teachings. If that is the case, is it still a fault? Then it would be too much for everything. Enough of the elaboration. Now let us enter into the main text. 'Unbreakable' refers to wisdom, because demons and others cannot interrupt it. 'Indestructible' refers to the non-discriminating wisdom itself, which cannot be destroyed by conceptualizations of signs. 'Truth' refers to being free from examined objects. 'Solid' refers to not having the nourishment of afflictions. 'Stable' refers to the very nature of wisdom itself not changing elsewhere. 'Unobstructed in all things' refers to being unobstructed to both knowable objects. 'Unvanquished in all things' refers to being pervaded by the wisdom of great compassion. It is said that just as the manifestation of the mandala is also a blessing, so too is this the meaning of those who inspire the Vajra Essence and reveal its nature. If the nature of wisdom is such, then will it also cut off the opposing side? To show that it is not so, it is said, 'Making all sentient beings afraid,' and so on. 'All sentient beings' refers to those who have mind, therefore sentient beings, that is, the demons such as Garab Wangchuk (a Tibetan place name). 'Making afraid' means making them panic and tremble. 'Making all sentient beings terrified' means making those who belong to the class of demons feel fear and separation. 'Cutting off all vidya-mantras' refers to the evil vidya-mantras applied by demons and others.

It diminishes power. "Subduing all vidyas" means nullifying the effects of curses and other actions. "Destroying all actions" means that the power arising from the application of medicine and substances causes evil things to decline. "Destroying all the actions of others" means that the power of vidyas and other actions performed with mutual assistance is diminished. "Eliminating all demons" means destroying and eliminating all evil deeds, no matter how they are done. Thus it is taught that those who hold this section of the Action Tantra should also know that the power of secret mantras and mandalas is also like that. If taming is like that, then is it also beneficial to those who possess white virtues? If someone asks, the answer is "yes." To show this, "liberating from all demons" means taking back those who have been led into the midst of divine demons and possessed by them, and causing them to abide in their own nature. "Summoning all bhutas" means leading those who are harmed and transformed by flesh-eating demons and others to one's presence in order to subdue them. "Causing all vidya actions to be performed" means causing vidya and other actions to benefit them on the basis that the gods and others do not harm themselves or others. "Causing the unaccomplished to be accomplished" means causing those who have practiced pacification and other practices but have not produced results to produce results. "Causing the accomplished not to be wasted" means not causing those who have obtained results to decline again. "Completely bestowing all desires" means controlling yakshinis and others and excavating treasures and the like. Alternatively, eight accomplishments and the like arise from this itself. "Protecting all beings" means turning them back from the precipices of evil destinies and protecting them. Thus it is taught that if a mantra practitioner who has faith in this tantra and has received empowerment also practices, then this secret mantra can accomplish such
