Visualize pouring water into a vase and applying saliva to the patient's body. Visualize the wrathful Vajra's weapons dispelling the Yaksha's demons and driving them away. Then, when the demons have subsided, empower the patient or yourself with the vase. Then, gather the mandala, take a mixture of mustard seeds and mandala soil, enter the samadhi of transforming oneself into nectar, scatter it in eight directions, and create boundaries. This is shown as a ritual for those possessed by Yakshas. If you want to avert the Nagas, use bamboo branches or Nepali apple tree branches. First, diagnose the patient's illness. Although Naga diseases are generally numerous, symptoms include the patient liking Nagas, the illness occurring at night, numbness in the hands and feet, the disease gradually worsening, feeling unhappy, being confused, having poor memory, limbs shrinking, body feeling heavy, eyes being red, nasal congestion, and the body having an unpleasant odor. These are all symptoms of Naga diseases. If you want to cure leprosy, also determine whether it is a Naga disease before treating it. Use bamboo branches and Nepali apple tree branches, protect the five locations in the eight directions with five grains, cut off the threshold of a lush branch from the west, cut down seven branches, and place them in a silver basin filled with water. In a wooden bowl, make a six-petaled lotus out of tsampa, and place six types of Vasudha on top of it: one with a boy and a girl, one with a seven-headed Naga of mixed colors, one with fish, frogs, and tadpoles, one with a nine-headed centipede, one with a cow, and one with a Naga adorned with precious jewels. Surround it with wood and place it. Then, bundle the bamboo branches and Nepali apple tree branches together, tie them with thread in three places, insert three peacock feathers into them, visualize yourself as appearing in blue clothes, hold the branches and peacock bell in your hands, place the patient in front, wipe the patient, and offer them to the lotus and the Nagas. Then, visualize the poison being taken away, visualize the Nagas sitting on a moon seat, and below, visualize the wind mandala arising from Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉字字面意思:扬). At the end of the mantra, recite Nāga Spharaṇa Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音:nāga spharaṇa phaṭ,汉字字面意思:龙 散布 啪), and visualize the Nagas being blown by the wind to their respective abodes in an instant.

The thought has reached the other shore. If even one such act can be beneficial, then there's no need to mention the benefits of doing more. This is the ritual for healing Naga diseases. For pretas and forgetful ones, use a thread. The signs of forgetfulness are impaired memory, shaking of limbs, not speaking, drooling, worshipping fire, water, and cliffs, excessive sleep, and so on. For this, make a hundred knots on a white thread, reciting a mantra with each knot. Fix the two ends and the middle of the thread in three places with two-finger-long copper pegs, reciting the mantra twenty-one times, and then place it around the patient's neck. The order is as before. To eliminate epidemics, treat pleurisy, and stuttering, use a blue thread. Change the color of the cotton thread with blue flowers, write the mantra words on paper, and wear it with the thread around the neck or wherever it hurts, and it will be cured. For children possessed by spirits, and for all fears of disease, use a blue thread. Change the color of the cotton thread with blue flowers, make one hundred and eight or twenty-one knots, reciting a mantra with each knot, and then place it around the neck or wherever of the one to be protected. Through meditation, visualize the body possessed by spirits as a vajra net, and it will become the best protection. If you want to repel thieves, use earth. The yogi takes moist earth from the depths of a pit he has dug, fumigates it with black guggul incense, and sprinkles a mustard seed on the earth with each recitation of the mantra. After completing one thousand and eight recitations of the mantra, put the earth into a seamless Khampa amulet, drill a hole in the middle of the amulet the size of a bamboo, pour in a thousand mustard seeds soaked with a thousand recitations of the mantra, burn it with the trunk of a Khadira tree, so that the earth and mustard inside are charred and discolored, then take it out from inside, put it in a container, and scatter it when theft occurs, and it will return. In particular, if you empower any property of the thief with the power of an angry mantra, the thief will return. For poison, wipe with kusha grass. To separate the poisoned person from the poison, use grass.
