悉！ 丹芒嘎朗。 愿吉祥！于彼如来为主，诸法皆得灌顶。金刚部主大尊，三界主宰得灌顶。宝生部主大尊，天人供养得灌顶。莲花部主大尊，正法之王得灌顶。事业部主大尊，四业利他行灌顶。吉祥赞颂之加持，世间一切诸众生，名声远扬无诸障，心性趋入安乐道，终究唯证决定果，获得寂静之果位。此后当立誓，勇士大士清净之传承，善妙律仪当受持。彼之律仪之功德，初以律仪净二障，后以律仪净天魔，金刚珍宝莲花之，律仪能净诸恶趣。是故受持律仪胜，其后如实当立誓。于佛瑜伽之律仪，戒律之学处，积聚善法及，利益有情当坚守。此乃共同之戒律。金刚部殊胜大尊之，金刚铃之手印亦，如实受持而作观。上师亦当受持而作观。宝生部殊胜大尊之，誓言悦意之对境，每日六时恒常作，四种布施常行施。大菩提心所生之，莲花部殊胜清净者，外内秘密之三乘，殊胜之法亦当受持。事业部殊胜大尊之，一切律仪皆具足，如实受持而作观。供养之事亦尽力为。佛陀正法与僧伽，无上珍贵三宝尊，从今乃至菩提间，受持皈依永不舍。 为利一切有情故，我当受持一切戒。其后东方门处者，上衣下裙红绸缠，显现金刚持之手印。令入，手持珍宝及，鲜花花鬘等。面覆白绸面纱后，阿萨美札萨美玛哈萨玛雅吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。

Sye! Tan Mangalan. May there be auspiciousness! To the Tathagata as the chief, may all dharmas be empowered. Vajra family chief, great lord, may the lord of the three realms be empowered. Ratna family chief, great lord, may the one worshipped by gods and humans be empowered. Padma family chief, great lord, may the king of Dharma be empowered. Karma family chief, great lord, may the power to benefit others through the four actions be empowered. Through the blessings of auspicious praise, may all beings in the world spread fame and have no obstacles. May the mind itself be certain to go to bliss, and in the end, may it only be certain to attain the fruit of peace. Then, the vows should be made. The vows of the great heroes of pure lineage should be well taken. The benefits of these vows are: first, the vows purify the two obscurations; finally, the vows purify the asuras; the vows of Vajra, Ratna, and Padma purify the lower realms. Therefore, taking vows is supreme. After that, make vows correctly. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, uphold the training of morality, the accumulation of virtuous dharmas, and the steadfastness of benefiting sentient beings. This is the common morality. The mudra of the vajra bell of the supreme great lord of the Vajra family should be truly held. The teachers should also be held. To the pleasing samaya of the supreme great lord of the Ratna family, always give the four kinds of generosity six times a day. From the great Bodhichitta, the pure supreme family of Padma, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, the holy Dharma should also be held. In the supreme great lord of the Karma family, all vows are complete, and should be truly held. Do as much as possible in the work of offering. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the supreme Three Jewels, from now until enlightenment, I will hold and never abandon. For the sake of all sentient beings, I will take all the vows. Then, the one who is in the east gate, wraps the upper and lower garments with red silk, appears in the mudra of Vajradhara. Let him enter, holding jewels and flower garlands in his hands. After covering his face with a white silk veil, Ah Sa Me Tri Sa Me Maha Samaya Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思).

Oṃ vajra avatiṣṭha hūṃ. Oṃ vajra samaya hūṃ. From countless eons in the past, The deity propitiated by virtuous deeds, Whatever supreme deity it may be, May it descend here and now. For the sake of attaining the siddhi of Buddhahood, And also considering me with compassion, With great compassion to benefit beings, I beseech you to accept with healing intent. Oṃ vajra pratigṛhṇa hūṃ. Oṃ vajra pratīccha samaya stvaṃ. Bodhicitta pūja ho. Flowers, precious jewels, and so forth, The deity of the lineage upon whom it falls, If the chief one of that lineage is practiced, Siddhi will be swiftly granted, without doubt. Then, with the iron hook mudra, Having taken the precious deities, Placing them on the crown of the disciple, they dissolve, Thinking of the two as being one. Oṃ samaya hṛdaya me. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Abhiṣiñca āḥ, now generate great faith. Look upon this excellent mandala, You are a vessel for this very Mahayana, You have become a vessel for the great secret. Unsurpassed gain is gained today, Unsurpassed attainment is attained today, Do not transgress the vows above and below, Attain the unsurpassed great enlightenment. Oṃ vajrāha syodghaṭa ya hūṃ. Oṃ vajra praveśa hūṃ phaṭ. The teacher twice joins the melodies, With the well-arranged vajra mudra, I am the vajra of vows, I am known as Vajrasattva. This unsurpassed vajra wisdom, Today I will bestow upon you. Oṃ vajra samaya abhiṣiñca a a. I am the precious jewel of vows, I am known as Ratnasambhava. This unsurpassed jewel wisdom, Today I will bestow upon you. Oṃ ratna samaya abhiṣiñca a a. I am the lotus of vows, I am known as Amitabha. This unsurpassed lotus wisdom, Today I will bestow upon you. Oṃ padma samaya abhiṣiñca a a. I am the crossed vajra of vows, I am known as Amoghasiddhi. This unsurpassed crossed vajra wisdom, Today I will bestow upon you. Oṃ karma samaya abhiṣiñca a a. I am the wheel of vows, I am known as the wheel of essence. This unsurpassed wheel wisdom, Today I will bestow upon you. Oṃ cakra samaya abhiṣiñca a a. Abhiṣiñca a a samaya hrīḥ tha. This is your hell water, If you transgress the vows, it will burn, If you keep the vows, then siddhis will be.
