Having condensed the essence of the heart, in the nature of skillful means and wisdom, it first dissolves into light, becoming the cause of benefiting sentient beings. With the mantra of the supreme guru, one should transform into the form of Shakyamuni. Then, as a symbol of benefiting all sentient beings, such as "binding the two vajra fists." The subsequent text will be clearer. Having thus generated the deity, the color of the deity, and then the blessings and empowerments, should also be performed as before and abide. Having thus generated the root deity, now generate the mandala deity. Then, on the moon in the heart, recite the mantras of abiding, and generate from Vajra Ushnisha to Vajra Hook. This is a brief explanation, and its meaning is also briefly explained here, so it should be elaborated. On the lunar mandala in the heart of Shakyamuni, contemplate the mantras surrounding Bhagavati, and the mantra of the deity to be generated in the center. Oṃ vajra hūṃ phaṭ, and Ratnottama hūṃ, and so on. Then, as five rays of light arise from the heart, the rays of light of the mantra should shine throughout all realms of the world, touching all beings, pacifying the suffering of sentient beings. Having gathered the essence of the Tathagatas, the light returns and dissolves into the heart. In an instant, the mantra and the light merge, and the complete form of Vajra Ushnisha is fully generated and expanded. Where should it be expanded? It should be placed on the lotus petals of the eastern wheel, above the lunar mandala, and abide respectfully. Bless it with the four great miracles, namely, a vajra in the heart, a lotus in the mouth, a jewel on the forehead, and a crossed vajra on the crown of the head. Also, empower it with the wish-fulfilling jewel ornament or something that appears from the sky. Place one's own vajra and bell in the hands in a manner of service, and recite "Vajra Ushnisha" three times, bestowing the empowerment of the name, and engage in activities. The color of the deity and the rays of light are white and blazing. The mudra is the earth-touching mudra with a vajra. Similarly, for the other deities, first establish the garland of mantras in the heart, and from it emit light.

Having transformed into the deity's form through the yoga of summoning and gathering, they descend again to benefit sentient beings and receive teachings. Then, they are blessed with four miracles, empowered with jewels that appear from the sky, and given emblems in their hands, along with the empowerment of names, placing them in their respective activities, so that they may abide as they dwell. The seed syllables and body colors are clearly explained in the text. The summoning and gathering of the sixteen good aeons should also be recited, as mentioned before. The empowerment of names should not be performed; the empowerment of jewels should be performed. This is indeed the samadhi of the supreme king of the mandala. Now, the samadhi of the supreme king of activities is taught, which is the supreme king of the activities of the gods and the yogis. This actually demonstrates the meaning of the supreme king of the activities of the gods. Having prostrated to Shakya Simha! And so on, it is shown that all sentient beings of the three realms prostrate to Shakya Simha and other deities of the mandala, enter this mandala that purifies the lower realms and receive empowerment, and the deities of this mandala purify the suffering of the three lower realms, and because they liberate all sentient beings from the lower realms, it is called the supreme mudra of activity. The twenty-one root deities, and the sixteen deities of the good aeon, totaling thirty-seven, all their activities are solely to purify the lower realms, and therefore, the Bhagavan did not speak of anything other than that for each of them. With the phrase "each one," it should be added that the deities of the Vajra realm and others have their own individual activities. Here, it should be said, "What is only here?" This is the samadhi called the supreme king of activities, which is the concluding word for the activity of the gods. Now, it is the samadhi that follows the activity of the yogis. In it, there is also invocation, sealing with four mudras, empowerment and blessing, offering, and recitation. First, the invocation is taught, which is related to "With mantra and mudra, the door should be opened." The mantra and mudra for opening the door are clearly explained in the text. Shakya King, may I be united! And so on.
