The ten non-virtuous deeds, you should never engage in them. Do not admire the lesser vehicle, do not abandon sentient beings in samsara. Do not cling to nirvana, do not despise gods and humans. The mudras of the Tathagatas, should not be disrespected or trampled upon. If these vows are broken, you will be tormented in the Vajra Hell. Therefore, protect the vows like your eyes. Establish the deity in the disciple's body, bestow the empowerment to become a teacher. All beings in the three realms pay homage, originating from the place of the three secrets. Empowerment is the great Vajra, it is the empowerment of all Buddhas. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhaya Paritika Abhisikta Samaya Yashriye Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཡ་པ་རི་ཏི་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཀྟ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཡ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत अभय परिदिक अभिषिक्त समय यश्रिये हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata abhaya paridika abhiṣikta samaya yaśriye hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, Tathagata, fearless, giving, empowerment, vow, ya, auspicious, Hum.) Just as the king of eye doctors, removes cataracts from the world, so too, the obscurations of ignorance of you, my son, are removed by the victorious ones. Om Vajra Netra Apa Hara Patam Lam Hrih. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ནི་ཏྲ་ཨ་པ་ཧ་ར་པ་ཊཾ་ལཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र नेत्र अप हर पटं लं ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra netra apa hara paṭaṃ laṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, eye, remove, cover, Lang, She.) The dharmas are like reflections, pure, clear, and without defilement, ungraspable and unspeakable, yet they arise from causes and actions. Without inherent existence and without a place, having known this dharma in this way, do unequaled deeds for the benefit of sentient beings, and be born as a son of the Buddha. Adarsha Abhishinca Mam. (Tibetan: ཨཱ་དཪྴ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आदर्श अभिषिञ्च मां, Sanskrit Romanization: ādarśa abhiṣiñca māṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Mirror, empowerment, me.) Skillful means and wisdom are inseparable, showing various miraculous displays in eons, to defeat all the hordes of demons, shoot the arrow of wisdom. Jnana Kaya Abhishinca Mam. (Tibetan: ཛྙཱན་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञान काय अभिषिञ्च मां, Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna kāya abhiṣiñca māṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom, body, empowerment, me.) The dharmas are of the nature of space, yet space itself has no nature, the supreme body united with space, appears as equality. Vak Vajra A A. (Tibetan: ཝཱཀ་བཛྲ་ཨ་ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वाक् वज्र अ अ, Sanskrit Romanization: vāk vajra a a, Literal Chinese meaning: Speech, Vajra, A, A.) Vajrasattva is like a mirror, pure, clear, and without defilement, it is the nature of all Buddhas, entering the heart of you, my son. A Vajra Sattva Citta A. (Tibetan: ཨ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ वज्र सत्त्व चित्त अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a vajra sattva citta a, Literal Chinese meaning: A, Vajra, Sattva, mind, A.) In all the worlds, for the benefit of sentient beings, in this way, the various methods of taming, turn the excellent wheel of Dharma. From today onwards, in the world, the unsurpassed Dharma seat, fill the minds of all sentient beings completely. Do not have hesitation or doubt, with a mind free from doubt, in the manner of practicing secret mantra, proclaim it widely in this world. From here onwards until enlightenment, accomplishment is perfected by merely generating the mind of enlightenment, with this golden umbrella,遮蔽有情之烦恼。

度脱所有痛苦， 如此行持即是佛， 报答利益恩德之行。 所有金刚持者亦， 恒常行持并作守护。 此后赞叹一切， 嗡，此乃汝之授记。 金刚萨埵如来， 为成办一切有， 从有之恶趣中救脱。 祈请如来某某， 念诵悉地萨玛雅 斯德（藏文：སིདྡྷ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།，梵文天城体：सिद्द समय स्तवं，梵文罗马拟音：siddha samaya stavam，汉语字面意思：成就誓言赞）， 布日布瓦 梭哈（藏文：བྷུར་བྷུ་བ་སྭཿ།，梵文天城体：भूर्भुव स्वः，梵文罗马拟音：bhūr bhuva svaḥ，汉语字面意思：地、空间、天空）。 此后赐予随许， 嗡，自性之有情众， 如何如何调伏者， 如是如是贪等行， 以清净行利益有情。 此后作安慰， 嗡，于此秘密之殊胜坛城中， 从今以后汝等可进入， 从一切罪业中定解脱， 汝等于此善安住。 从获得大乐者之中， 汝等不再有死亡， 不可动摇亦不可诽谤， 无论如何皆无惧，心生欢喜。 轮回极其清净之故， 汝等已脱离轮回之痛苦。 汝等一切皆将证得佛果， 无疑将证得此果位。 从法衣开始作授记， 嗡，我如是作授记， 所有如来亦， 一口同声作圆满菩提之授记。 连同佛陀金刚持， 如今一切皆已为汝灌顶， 示现为三界一切之大王， 示现为胜者之主尊， 彼等战胜一切魔业， 善入殊胜之都城。 汝等一切皆将证得佛果， 无疑将证得此果位。 此后是胜者之仪轨， 将作简要之阐释。 完全摄受弟子， 从发起殊胜菩提心开始， 遮盖弟子之面容， 加持成为具誓者。 从成就中作祈请， 应作压制誓言之行， 应将鲜花抛向天神。 应开启金刚之眼。 此后进入坛城之天神， 应向诸天神作供养。 见后进入坛城之五处， 东、南、西、北、中五方。 十四种仪轨之次第， 于每一个次第皆应圆满。 从四门及中央作祈请， 于菩提之义生起信解。 为具足进入之资格者开启门户。

Protect all sufferings, Doing so is also the Buddha, An act of repaying kindness for benefits. All those who hold the vajra also, Constantly act and protect. Then praise everything, Om, this is your prophecy. Vajrasattva Tathagata, In order to accomplish all existence, Liberate from all the evil destinies of existence. O Tathagata so-and-so, Recite Siddhi Samaya Stavam (藏文：སིདྡྷ་ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ།，梵文天城体：सिद्द समय स्तवं，梵文罗马拟音：siddha samaya stavam，汉语字面意思：Accomplishment Vow Praise), Bhur Bhuva Svah (藏文：བྷུར་བྷུ་བ་སྭཿ།，梵文天城体：भूर्भुव स्वः，梵文罗马拟音：bhūr bhuva svaḥ，汉语字面意思：Earth, Space, Sky). Then grant permission, Om, sentient beings of essential nature, However they may be tamed, In that way, attachment and so on, Benefit sentient beings with purity. Then do the comforting, Om, in this secret and sacred mandala, From today onwards you may enter, Surely liberated from all sins, May you dwell well there. From those who have attained great bliss, You will not die again, Unshakable and unblameable, By no means be afraid, rejoice. Because existence is extremely pure, You have passed beyond the suffering of existence. All of you will attain Buddhahood, Surely you will attain that state without doubt. From the robes onwards, the prophecy, Om, I prophesy in this way, All the Tathagatas also, With one voice make the prophecy of complete enlightenment. Together with the Buddha Vajradhara, Today all have empowered you, Showing you as the great king of all three realms, Showing you as the lord of the victors, They conquer all demonic deeds, Enter well into the supreme city. All of you will attain Buddhahood, Surely you will attain that state without doubt. Then there is the ritual of the victors, A brief explanation will be given. Completely taking in the disciples, Starting from generating the supreme bodhicitta, Covering the faces of the disciples, Blessing them to become vow-holders. Make requests from the attainments, One should do the act of suppressing vows, Flowers should be thrown to the gods. The vajra eye should be opened. Then enter the deities of the mandala, Offerings should be made to the deities. After seeing, enter the five places of the mandala, East, South, West, North, and Center. The sequence of fourteen rituals, Each sequence should be completed. Make requests from the four doors and the center, Generate faith and understanding in the meaning of bodhi. Open the door for those who have the fortune to enter.
