The medicine, grains, and jewels that have been recited should be placed in the center. The purification of the mandala's location is done in two stages, which is the purification ritual. Similarly, when building temples, stupas, royal palaces, and assembly halls, the land should also be purified. Then, if one wishes to create a mandala in such a place, whether daily, monthly, or annually, it should be done according to the patron's wealth and pleasure. It should be held in the center of dates, constellations, and so on, according to one's devotion. For this, the teacher should be in the yoga of his own deity, sitting in the center of the mandala, and as before, dispel obstacles through the stages of practice. Visualize that the wheel of the mandala arising from the heart emanates and pervades the sky. Invoke the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, requesting them to come and abide here in order to bless and protect me and my disciples. Gather them in the center of the vajra in the lunar mandala of the heart, and visualize them becoming one. Then, transform your own body into the pride of Vairochana, recite the essence mantra, separate the bodhisattva posture, and stand up. Visualize the left eye as the lunar mandala arising from the letter ཊ (Tibetan, Devanagari, ṭa, Literal meaning: ཊ), and the right eye as the solar mandala arising from the letter མ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, ma, Literal meaning: མ), and the two fruits as the vajra eyes arising from the letter ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, Literal meaning: ཧཱུྃ), which are extremely moving and burning like the fire at the end of an eon. Raise the vajra in the right hand, and shake and hold the bell in the left hand. Slightly lower the head and the left eye. Visualize various vajras arising from ཨ (Tibetan, Devanagari, a, Literal meaning: ཨ) under the feet. Generate the pride of the wrathful deity with all ornaments, look around, and circumambulate with vajra steps. To dispel all obstacles, say these words: In the name of the teacher named so-and-so, in order to enable the disciple so-and-so to attain perfect enlightenment, and in order to enable all sentient beings to attain unsurpassed wisdom, draw the king of the mandala named so-and-so in this place. Invoke the gods, asuras, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, flesh-eaters, those who cause forgetfulness, spirits, dakinis, oppressors, garudas, kinnaras, and old practitioners of mantra.
