Nor will it be reproached, who does it benefit? It is not in accordance with the world and is not inherently blameworthy. Therefore, there is only one self, and it does not cause harm like those others. Those hand seals, by it, bestow the vows of all meats. That is to say, "This and that hand seal," is repeated, in order to offer from water to food with that and that skull-cup hand seal. Some say that repeating "this and that" refers to this and that offering hand seal cushion in the crown mandala. "Of all meats" means buffalo, pig, goat, etc., those that are highly praised by the world and are without sin. "Bestow the vow" means offering and sacrificing in the vow of the deity's food. Constantly offering good deity food is the best of vows, someone I to the foods, first offer its essence, those who know the ritual recite, from the mentioned offering foods, whatever kind of food there is, the wise ones offer it, and every day just recite, offering deity food is mantra, it is said to be food, that is constantly as its nature, reciting to offer. Of roots, stones, fruits, whatever little deity food there is, in the three times to the mantra, after offering, accomplishment will be obtained. If repeatedly to the mantra, offerings of food are not offered, then it will become rough, with an ugly complexion, tormented by hunger. The gods will not be accomplished, and obstacles will also be suppressed. Without deity food, his mind, will also generate many discriminations. Therefore, one must be very diligent, whatever is available during the day when the time is right, to the mantra and its retinue, offer the deity food well. It is said, and also, incense, flowers, incense, etc., deity food, torma, offerings, etc., even if poor, do not reduce, otherwise one will surely die. Because it is said. Then "after obtaining the desirous one," the "desirous one" is the teacher himself, because he wants accomplishment. "After obtaining" means gathering and obtaining objects and places, etc.

That is Naso. Or it is called "Desirer" because the disciple wants to be initiated. "Having obtained" means that if he obtains the necessary items, the teacher should offer them to him. If he has not obtained them, then it is not so. Therefore, the question is asked first. "From the syllable Hūṃ" means from the seed syllable blue Hūṃ. "To be accomplished" means from the mudrā, or from that itself as the form of a deity. "Then the mantra practitioner at the door" means the east door or the south door. In order to show "From the syllable Hūṃ, to be accomplished," therefore it is said, "He should remember that," that is, remembering the reality of self, deity, and mantra, and the teacher himself should offer only in front of that mandala. The fruit of offering is "certainly" etc., which is easy to understand. "In the mandala" etc., refers to showing the maturing of the disciple, and the vows spoken of in the tantra are, introducing the disciple to the common assembly of deities and the mandala, these two are spoken of as they appear in the root tantra. Then offering, the teacher rises, places the best companion for practice, the assembly of disciples is like extra eyes, abiding in the form of Vajrasattva, and after coming out, distributes the bali offering. Starting from "Oṃ Vajra" etc., the first mantra is to bind the mudrā, the second is to introduce, the third is to throw flowers, the fourth is to unveil the face, indicate the mandala, the fifth is to feed the oath water, the sixth is to contemplate the secret of Vajrasattva, the seventh is to initiate with the master vase. Some say that the seventh is to initiate at the end with the master mudrā. Thus initiating, that is, with sixteen vases, some say that the previous thirteen initiations are unreasonable. Then starting from "Of those" etc., it means mainly showing expansion and contraction, because this is a yoga tantra, having done yoga and reciting elsewhere, it will be accomplished like the sun, that is the meaning. Then with Hūṃ, place the assembly, thinking of the body as vajra, refers to the pores of the practitioner.
